Abstract: A method may include accessing an artery in communication with an ophthalmic artery of a subject, and advancing a microcatheter along the accessed artery so as to align a distal end of the microcatheter with an ostium of the ophthalmic artery, wherein the microcatheter includes a lumen having a guidewire positioned therein. In addition, the method includes proximally withdrawing the guidewire relative to the microcatheter so as to enable a distal portion of the microcatheter to assume a curved relaxed configuration, and cannulating the ostium with the distal portion of the microcatheter when the distal portion is in the curved relaxed configuration.

Abstract: A plurality of guide shafts which are disposed parallel to an input/output shaft (a first input/output shaft, a second input/output shaft) are assembled in a case body which holds a cylinder in which first and second piston sets, move reciprocally. A first guide bearing, which abuts both side surfaces of a first piston body and receives only lateral pressure generated by the reciprocal movement, and a second guide bearing, which abuts both side surfaces of a second piston body and receives only lateral pressure generated by the reciprocal movement, are assembled coaxially and separated in an axial direction on each guide shaft.

Abstract: The invention provides a frozen confection product comprising a frozen confection and a flexible wrapper, wherein the inner material of the wrapper has a high water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) and a subsequent material has a low water vapour transmission rate (WVTR). The use of the frozen confection product reduces the amount of frost present on the surface of a frozen confection during storage.
Abstract: Various techniques and apparatus permit fabrication of superconductive circuits. A niobium/aluminum oxide/niobium trilayer may be formed and individual Josephson Junctions (JJs) formed. A protective cap may protect a JJ during fabrication. A hybrid dielectric may be formed. A superconductive integrated circuit may be formed using a subtractive patterning and/or additive patterning. A superconducting metal layer may be deposited by electroplating and/or polished by chemical-mechanical planarization. The thickness of an inner layer dielectric may be controlled by a deposition process. A substrate may include a base of silicon and top layer including aluminum oxide. Depositing of superconducting metal layer may be stopped or paused to allow cooling before completion. Multiple layers may be aligned by patterning an alignment marker in a superconducting metal layer.

Abstract: A full-frame image sensor system comprises at least a pair of readout circuits, at least a pair of channel selection circuits, and at least a pair of interface circuits arranged symmetrically with respect to a pixel array; the readout circuits are electrically connected to two sides of the pixel array respectively; the channel selection circuit and the readout circuit on a same side of the pixel array are electrically connected to each other. The interface circuit and the channel selection circuit on a same side of the pixel array are electrically connected to each other. As a result, the circuits on the two sides of the pixel array are substantially symmetrical, the center of the pixel array coincides with the center of the entire chip.

Abstract: A system and a method for attack detection includes a constellation of beacons, wherein each beacon is adapted to broadcast a unique beacon identification code (beacon ID); a terminal device adapted to receive a user trace of beacon IDs, and send a query to a backend server or routing device to determine an occurrence of an intrusion via a network; wherein the backend server is adapted to determine an occurrence of an intrusion by carrying out the steps of: computing spatial relational metrics between beacon devices; transforming beacon IDs as states of a Markov chain model, and estimating state transition probabilities based on the spatial relational metrics; recording user traces of beacon ID transitions when terminal device make queries; and running hypothesis test on the user traces against the Markov chain model to determine a status of intrusion.
