    Abstract: A process for manufacturing a substrate with an embedded capacitor is disclosed. A first metal wiring layer including a lower electrode pad is formed on a substrate base. A dielectric layer is formed a on the substrate base by build-up coating. A hole is formed in the dielectric layer to expose the lower electrode pad, then a medium material is filled into the hole. The medium material is ground to have a ground surface coplanar to the dielectric layer. A second metal wiring layer including an upper electrode pad is formed on dielectric layer, the upper electrode pad covers the ground surface of the medium material and is parallel to the lower electrode pad so as to form an embedded capacitor.

    Abstract: Fluid heat-exposed food can be uniformly heated with high energy efficiency. A current-carrying/heating apparatus is applied to use fluid meat and drink, such as soup or the like, as the heat-exposed food and to heat it by resistance heat. A primary winding is winded about an iron core and is connected to an AC power supply. A heat pipe is further winded about the iron core. A communication hole, into which the meat and drink used as the heat-exposed food is supplied, is formed in the heat pipe. An electric closed loop circuit is constituted by the heat-exposed food supplied into the communication hole. When a current is carried to the primary winding, a magnetic flux is generated around the iron core by the current. A current, induced by an operation of electromagnetic induction of the magnetic flux, flows to the heat-exposed food, and the heat-exposed food generates heat by the induced current and is heated.

The semiconductor device of the present invention is characterized by having at least a bonding wire formed across the surface-mountable device. The bonding wire is connected between one of the bonding pads of the chip and the power ring wherein at least one downward depression is formed in a lengthen portion at a top of the bonding wire.

The clamping device (4) may have a plurality of teeth (35) for gripping the outer surface of the tubular (22), and a plurality of grooves 36 formed between the teeth (35).

An out-of-step condition is declared and a signal blocking operation of selected distance elements in the protective relay is produced if the positive sequence impedance on the line remains inside an outer protection zone boundary in the impedance plane for a selected period of time, wherein the out-of-step blocking signal continues as long as the positive sequence impedance remains inside the second boundary.
