  • Patent number: 10668475
Abstract: A pulverizing attachment for an excavator and a method of removably rigidly retaining teeth to one or more jaws of a pulverizer. A plurality of tooth members each have a longitudinal slot with a cross-sectional shape and a relief slot extending substantially transverse to the longitudinal slot producing a flexible end portion capable of deflection upon application of a longitudinal compression force. The tooth rails having a complimentary cross-sectional shape to the longitudinal slot slidably receive the tooth members. The complimentary shape of the longitudinal slot and tooth rail in cooperation with a longitudinal compression force applied to deflect the flexible end portions of each of the tooth members rigidly retains the tooth members on the tooth rails fixed to the pulverizer jaws.

  • Patent number: 10608144
Abstract: Provided is a light emitting diode (LED) mounted on a carrier substrate and including a semiconductor epitaxial structure and at least one electrode pad structure. The semiconductor epitaxial structure is electrically connected to the carrier substrate. The electrode pad structure includes a eutectic layer, a barrier layer and a ductility layer. The eutectic layer is adapted for eutectic bonding to the carrier substrate. The barrier layer is between the eutectic layer and the semiconductor epitaxial structure. The barrier layer blocks the diffusion of the material of the eutectic layer in the eutectic bonding process. The ductility layer is between the eutectic layer and the semiconductor epitaxial structure. The ductility layer reduces the stress on the LED produced by thermal expansion and contraction of the substrate during the eutectic bonding process, so as to prevent the electrode pad structure from cracking, and maintain the quality of the LED.

  • Patent number: 10605553
Abstract: Disclosed is an autoloading shotgun firearm which shares interchangeable fully compatible modular sub-assemblies, ergonomics, parts commonality, and exterior appearance with the AR rifle platform. Rapidly reversible tool less conversion from rifle to shotgun and vice versa is accomplished by substitution of the AR rifle upper receiver and ammunition detachable magazine with fully compatible shotgun upper receiver and ammunition detachable magazine. Said shotgun utilizes standard rimmed shotgun ammunition via features in the detachable magazine which securely maintain the position and facilitate the feeding of the cartridges during normal operation. No alteration of the AR rifle lower receiver is required. A short-recoil action is integrated into the shotgun upper receiver. The external appearance and functionality of the AR rifle are retained while eliminating the complexity and inherent fouling issues of typical gas systems used in the AR rifle.

  • Patent number: 10583389
Abstract: An atmospheric water generation system comprises water vapor consolidation systems configured to increase the relative humidity of a controlled air stream prior to condensing water from the controlled air stream. The water vapor consolidation system comprises a fluid-desiccant flow system configured to decrease the temperature of the desiccant to encourage water vapor to be absorbed by the desiccant from an atmospheric air flow. The desiccant flow is then heated to encourage water vapor evaporation from the desiccant flow into a controlled air stream that circulates within the system. The humidity of the controlled air stream is thereby increased above the relative humidity of the atmospheric air to facilitate condensation of the water vapor into usable liquid water.
