Abstract: The present invention relates to the use as a sensitive material in a thin layer for bolometric detection of infrared radiation, of a material having a spinel ferrite structure of chemical composition, ignoring doping agents if any are present, satisfying empirical formula I: Fe3-(x+y)MxAyO4+?. The invention also provides a bolometric device for detecting infrared radiation or for infrared imaging, and including at least one sensor provided with a sensitive element in the form of a thin layer as defined above.

Abstract: The method for determining the state of charge of a battery includes measurement of an electric parameter of the battery during a charging or discharging phase of the battery followed by placing the battery in open circuit during a rest period. During the rest period, at least two values of the voltage at the battery terminals are measured. Abstract: Disclosed are cleaning solvents and cleaning methods for metallic compounds deposited on the equipment that supplies organometallic compounds to the manufacturing tool in the photovoltaic industry or the semiconductor industry. The cleaning solvents and the cleaning methods disclosed not only selectively remove the metallic compound without corroding the equipment, but also improve the ordinary cleaning process. Moreover, the cleaning solvents and the cleaning methods disclosed improve maintenance costs for the supply system because the equipment may be cleaned without being detached from the supply system.

Abstract: A method and arrangement for processing signals emitted by a plurality of apparent emitters that is detected by an Electronic Measures System/Direction Finder unit (ESM1). The ESM1 unit is adapted to identify a real emitter and at least one false emitter among said apparent emitters, based on the variance of emitter characterizing parameters for each apparent emitter. Abstract: A microsystem, and more particularly a microgyrometer, includes at least two mechanically coupled oscillating masses. The microsystem is achieved in a flat substrate. The oscillating masses are connected to the substrate by suspension springs. The oscillating masses are coupled together by a rigid coupling bar so as to produce an anti-phase movement of the oscillating masses when driven by an excitation device in a predefined excitation direction. The coupling bar is connected to intermediate zones of the corresponding suspension springs. The suspension springs are arranged on opposite sides of the oscillating masses. An intermediate zone is arranged between a first end of a suspension spring, which is fixed to the corresponding oscillating mass, and a second end of the suspension spring, which is fixed to the substrate by a corresponding anchoring point.
