Abstract: The present invention discloses a power control apparatus and method in a wireless communication system. According to the present invention, among FUE units neighboring to an MUE unit of a victim cell, an FUE unit of an aggressor cell may be derived on the basis of information on RSRP of the FUE unit registered in a closed subscriber group, and a threshold interference value of the FUE unit. Also, power of the derived FUE unit of the aggressor cell may be gradually decreased until an interference of the MUE unit of the victim cell becomes greater than a predefined threshold interference value, and an SINR of the FUE unit of the aggressor cell becomes equal to or greater than a target SINR. Accordingly, CCI can be reduced in a heterogeneous network environment, data transmission speed can be improved, and latency time can be reduced by reducing feedback time.

Abstract: An optical demultiplexer is disclosed that separates light including a plurality of wavelengths into light of respective wavelengths. Unit circuits are cascaded in a tree structure. In optical demultiplexer components having the same structure, a combination of arm length differences in waveguide pairs is the same with respect to the N?1 Asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometers in which the phase shifters are arranged, where N equals number of 2×2 couplers. In three of the optical demultiplexer components in at least one of the unit circuits, N is three or more. Each of control circuits controls the phase shifters arranged in a corresponding optical demultiplexer component of a corresponding unit circuit in order to increase or decrease a value of a function having, as an argument, a power value acquired by a monitor from among monitors arranged at four optical waveguides at an output side of the corresponding unit circuit.

Abstract: Disclosed are recombinant strain of a genus Corynebacterium capable of producing biliverdin IX-alpha (IX?) and a method of producing biliverdin IX-alpha using the same. The recombinant strain is capable of synthesizing biliverdin IX-alpha in an environmentally friendly manner using only glucose without the addition of any nitrogen source, thus replacing the synthesis of biliverdin IX-alpha through chemical treatment, which is a conventional synthetic method causing environmental pollution problems.
