Abstract: An information processing system includes circuitry configured to control display of a visual field evaluation screen including a first, a second and a third objects, the first object being displayed in a first region set in a central portion of a display screen, the second object moving in at least a part of the first region, and the third object being displayed in at least a part of a second region for a predetermined time, perform a first determination to determine whether a positional relationship between the first and the second objects satisfies a predetermined condition in response to a first manipulation input from a user, perform a second determination to determine a second manipulation input from the user while the third object is being displayed in the second region, and generate evaluation information for a visual field of the user based on the first and the second determination.

Abstract: Methods encode or decode a picture sequence, some having different resolutions, and store a bitstream of encoded video data. A decoding method includes decoding a first syntax for specifying a reference size of pictures referring to a high-level syntax structure and decoding a second syntax element for specifying a picture size scaled from the reference size of the pictures referring to the high-level syntax structure. The method includes deriving at least one offset factor and at least one scale factor representing a scale difference between a current picture including a current block to be decoded and a reference picture referred to by the current block.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods to produce Ac-225 from Ra-226 using gamma-radiation generator are disclosed herein. The gamma radiation generator can utilize an electronic neutron generator or a nuclear reactor to produce high energy prompt-capture gamma-radiation. The Ra-226 is irradiated by the gamma radiation to produce Ra-225, which decays to produce Ac-225. The method of using electronic neutron generator and an irradiation target material such as Gd-157 to produce high energy gamma radiation without using a continuously decaying radioisotope such as Co-60 could significantly reduce the cost and increase the safety associated with the production of high energy gamma radiation and Ac-225.

Abstract: A soot-suppression flame-separation combustion device for combustion calorimetry and in-situ free radicals monitoring is mainly composed of a premixed combustion gas guide tube, an inner flame generating seat, an oxidation flame separation guide, and a sample combustion chamber. The inner flame generating seat is arranged in the premixed combustion gas guide tube, the oxidation flame separation guide is arranged on the premixed combustion gas guide outlet end of the premixed combustion gas guide tube, the sample combustion chamber is a cavity arranged inside the oxidation flame separation guide, and the oxidation flame separation guide is evenly arranged with at least 4 oxidation flame separation guide paths in a manner of surrounding the sample combustion chamber. The combustion device utilizes the special structure of the oxidation flame separation guide to suppress the generation of smoke and limit the smoke particles to a specific combustion area.

Abstract: A method for rapid prediction of porphyry copper mineralization potential based on spectral characteristics of tourmaline, includes collecting and collating data related to magma-fluid evolution, petrography and mineralogy of a porphyry copper deposit in a working area, systematically, distinguishing magmatic tourmaline from hydrothermal tourmaline in the working area, and further distinguishing phases and generations of the hydrothermal tourmaline; collecting hydrothermal tourmaline samples of the same phase and generation; performing short-wave infrared spectroscopy measurement on the collected hydrothermal tourmaline samples; extracting spectral characteristics of the Fe—OH wavelength and Mg—OH wavelength of the tourmaline samples based on The Spectral Geologist (TSG); and when the Fe—OH wavelength is less than 2245.75 nm, and the Mg—OH wavelength is greater than 2356.

Abstract: An electronic device and method for object-centric video representation for action prediction is provided.
