Abstract: The present invention includes systems and methods for a six-primary color system for display. A six-primary color system increases the number of primary colors available in a color system and color system equipment. Increasing the number of primary colors reduces metameric errors from viewer to viewer. The six-primary color system includes Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta primaries. The systems of the present invention maintain compatibility with existing color systems and equipment and provide systems for backwards compatibility with older color systems.
Abstract: Provided are compositions and methods for selectively reducing the amount of antibiotic resistant and/or virulent bacteria in a mixed bacteria population, or for reducing any other type of unwanted bacteria in a mixed bacteria population. The compositions and methods involve targeting bacteria that are differentiated from other members of the population by at least one unique clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) targeted DNA sequence. The compositions and methods can be readily adapted to target any bacteria or any bacteria plasmid, or both.
Abstract: A motion sensing system uses high-voltage biasing to achieve high resolution with ultra-low power. The motion sensing system consists of a motion sensor, a readout circuit, and a high-voltage bias circuit to generate the optimized bias voltage for the motion sensor. By using the high-voltage bias, the signal from the motion sensor is raised above the readout circuit's noise floor, eliminating the power-hungry amplifier and signal-chopping used in conventional motion sensing systems. The bias circuit, while producing the programmable bias voltages for the motion sensor, also compensates for the process mismatch raised by the high voltage biases.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a prediction method for stall and surge of an axial compressor based on deep learning. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preprocessing data with stall and surge of an aeroengine, and partitioning a test data set and a training data set from experimental data. Secondly, constructing an LR branch network module, a WaveNet branch network module and a LR-WaveNet prediction model in sequence. Finally, conducting real-time prediction on the test data: preprocessing test set data in the same manner, and adjusting data dimension according to input requirements of the LR-WaveNet prediction model; giving surge prediction probabilities of all samples by means of the LR-WaveNet prediction model according to time sequence; and giving the probability of surge that data with noise points changes over time by means of the LR-WaveNet prediction model, to test the anti-interference performance of the model.

Abstract: The construction method of NALU (Network Abstraction Layer Unit) for IPv6 label switching and its using algorithms of video encoding, QoS control, and decoding are provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the NALU format is composed of the NALH (Network Abstraction Layer Header) including the label and the NAL (Network Abstraction Layer) payload. Here, the label is determined based on layer information which is combination of a spatial scalable level, a temporal scalable level, and a quality scalable level of the encoded data. The decoder uses the label to decide which one of multiple decoding modules is used to decode the current NAL payload. Moreover, the label can be included in the packet header so that the MANE (Media Aware Network Element) can use the label to decide whether to forward the packet or drop it. For example, the label in the packet header can be used for QoS control of video service by using the flow label field in IPv6 packet header.

Abstract: The invention discloses an UWB NLOS signal recognition method based on the first path of CIR, including constructing a UWB ranging system comprising tags and anchors. The system controls communication between the anchor and tag, processes the raw CIR data obtained from each communication to construct data samples, and labels these samples to build a raw CIR dataset. Peak filtering is then performed on the CIR waveforms in the raw CIR dataset to identify the first path peak points of the data samples. Based on the first path peak points, valid data is determined as new data samples, and one-hot encoding is applied to the data labels. A training dataset is constructed using all new data samples and their corresponding data labels. A machine learning model is then developed and trained using the training dataset, and the trained model is saved for identifying unknown CIR signals.
