    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a multi-mode 3D print head and a collaborative printing method applying the same. The print head body is provided with an extrusion hole, a feeding mechanism is provided above the extrusion hole, and a heating mechanism is provided below the extrusion hole. The print head body is further provided with a plurality of droplet addition holes and auxiliary side holes connected to the plurality of droplet ejection holes.     Abstract: An intraocular lens (IOL) has a small, central lens suspended within a pliable housing and, when the housing is filled with liquid, is coaxially aligned with a second small lens embedded in the wall of the housing. The suspension is on a dome- or other-shaped webbing attached to an inner circumference of the wall. When filled with liquid, forces squeezing or pulling the equator of the housing, as with ciliary muscles in the eye, adjust a distance between the lenses in order to adjust focus. Optional haptics may project from points on or above and below the equator. A recess in the posterior hemisphere of the housing can keep cell growth away from an optical axis of the lens system. A third small lens can be embedded in an opposite wall of the housing and coaxially aligned with the other lenses to form a three-lens, ultra-zoom system.

Both ends of the cylinder barrel are respectively provided with cylinder heads for limiting the maximum distance and the minimum distance between the piston body and a part to be gripped. The piston rod includes a driving shaft, a cross slider coupling and a gripping head which are connected in turn. The power output by the motor is transmitted to the gripping head through the driving shaft and the cross slider coupling in turn.

    Abstract: A gait management apparatus applies stimulation to a user suffering from a neurological disease (such as Parkinson's Disease) gait dysfunction. Motion sensors are arranged to be worn by a patient, and electrical stimulation electrodes are on the legs for stimulation. A controller receives motion sensing signals, and processes these signals to generate stimulation signals for operation of the electrodes to stimulate limb movement upon detection of a gait abnormality. There may be a user actuator for user actuation of electrical stimulation, and the inputs may be a series of taps. The controller may provide signals to prevent occurrence of freezing of gait when it senses that a patient is walking or has an intention to walk. Also, it may apply stimulation at an intensity level which is insufficient for functional muscle stimulation but sufficiently high to trigger activation of efferent nerves.

    Abstract: A method includes modeling a reservoir using a lab scale set of models and a field scale set of models. The reservoir is modeled using the lab scale set of models by scanning a sample of the reservoir into the lab scale set of models to create modeled fractures, estimating hydraulic properties of the modeled fractures, estimating multi-phase dynamic properties of the modeled fractures, and determining characteristics of a flow regime of a fluid flowing through the modeled fractures. The reservoir is modeled using the field scale set of models by modeling a discrete fracture network of the reservoir, upscaling the discrete fracture network, and calibrating the discrete fracture network. An enhanced oil recovery operation is designed and performed on the reservoir using the calibrated discrete fracture network.
