Abstract: A stamping assembly includes an upper die, a lower die, first pins and second pins. Each of the upper and lower dies has columns of depressions and columns of guiding holes. Each column of the guiding holes is disposed between two adjacent columns of the depressions. The depressions of one of the upper and lower dies are registered with the guiding holes of another one of the upper and lower dies. The first pins and second pins are respectively positioned in the guiding holes of the upper and lower dies and extend outwardly. The first pins and the second pins are respectively arranged into first and second matrices.

Abstract: A wheel action-based active suspension damping adjustment apparatus recognizes wheel actions through a steering apparatus, distance measuring apparatuses and force sensors and calculates an action damping magnitude according to damping parameters determined by different wheel actions, thereby achieving optimal adjustment under different actions. The changes in an inclination angle of a vehicle cabin floor and a vertical acceleration are monitored by using an inclination angle sensor and acceleration sensors, and meanwhile, an inclination angle damping and an acceleration damping are determined according to exceeding amplitudes, and a total damping of active suspensions is fed back and corrected, thereby further enhancing an adjustment and control effect of the active suspensions.
Abstract: A method and system for generating a logarithmic non-uniform pseudo-random electromagnetic exploration signal including: constructing two or more basic unit signals, according to an exploration requirement, that are stairstep signals obtained by superposing in-phase periodic square wave signals, a frequency ratio between adjacent periodic square wave signals is 2, and the two or more basic unit signals meet the following requirement: if a lowest dominant frequency in a first basic unit signal is a fundamental frequency, lowest frequencies of the remaining basic unit signal are l×2m times the fundamental frequency, where l is an odd number except 1, and m is a natural number; and superposing the two or more basic unit signals to obtain a logarithmic non-uniform 2n sequence pseudo-random signal. A logarithmic non-uniform 2n sequence stairstep signal is constructed within a limited frequency interval, and requirements of prospectors for a higher frequency density within a specific frequency interval are met.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a transmission system capable of implementing four-wheel drive and an operating model thereof. The transmission system includes an odd shift motor, an even shift motor, a front-wheel drive shaft, a rear-wheel drive shaft, a front-wheel output shaft gear disposed on the front-wheel drive shaft, and a rear-wheel output shaft gear disposed on the rear-wheel drive shaft. The front-wheel output shaft gear and the rear-wheel output shaft gear are connected by a front/rear drive shaft coupling sleeve. In the disclosure, coordinated control of two motors allows the motors to operate with high efficiency to the maximum, which improves the efficiency of the transmission system. A four-wheel drive model and a two-wheel drive model are implemented through the coordinated control of two motors. Moreover, in the disclosure, sensor information is used to synchronously control a rotational speed during gear shift, which can reduce the impact during the gear shift.

Abstract: An integrated filter material, a preparation method and an application. The filter material is composed of a commercial dust removal filter material and a catalyst that is grown on the filter material and that has a function of simultaneously decomposing nitrogen oxides and dioxins. In the preparation method, a precursor solution of manganese and cerium oxides is impregnated on the filter material, and manganese and cerium oxides are grown on the filter material by means of a chemical reaction; and vanadium oxychloride is used as a precursor of vanadium oxide and is impregnated on the filter material, reacts in water, and prepared by drying, hydrothermal and other processes. The composite filter material may remove three kinds of pollutants in flue gas at the same time, and the catalyst is firmly loaded and does not easily fall off.

Abstract: A system for measuring surface deflection of a road includes a first stereo line-scan camera pair on a sensor rig and for capturing a first set of 3D images of a road surface; a second stereo line-scan camera pair on the sensor rig and for capturing a second set of 3D images of the road surface; at least one digital electro-optical (EO) camera rigidly attached to the sensor rig; an inertial measurement unit (IMU) detecting inertial forces acting upon the sensor rig; and a processor compensating for acceleration and vibration effects upon the sensor rig; and calculating the surface deflection of the road based on the first and second sets of 3D images. The processor utilizes imagery from the EO camera and inertial measurements from the IMU to produce 2D mosaics and 3D reconstructions of the road surface from the first and second sets of 3D images.

Abstract: A bismuth iodide oxide/zinc oxide composite material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof in piezoelectric photocatalytic removal of organic pollutants. The conductive substrate spin-coated with a zinc oxide seed solution is annealed and added to the precursor solution for reaction to obtain a zinc oxide nanorod array (ZnO NRs); the zinc oxide nanorod array is added into a bismuth iodide precursor solution for reaction to obtain the bismuth iodide oxide/zinc oxide composite material (BiOI/ZnO NAs). The composite material is put into an aqueous solution containing bisphenol A, adsorption is performed in the dark for half an hour, and then ultrasound and visible light are used together to remove organic pollutants in the water. After piezoelectric photocatalytic degradation of 90 minutes, bisphenol A in the aqueous solution is almost completely degraded.
Abstract: A motor having multiple cooling flow channels, includes a housing, a stator, and a rotor. The stator comprises a winding. The housing comprises a cooling liquid inlet, an arc-shaped flow channel, and a cooling liquid outlet; the arc-shaped flow channel is defined around the housing and connected to the stator core; the rotor comprises a rotor flow channel; both the rotor flow channel and the arc-shaped flow channel are communicated with the cooling liquid inlet and outlet; and the rotor flow channel and the arc-shaped flow channel respectively correspond to two ends of the winding. A cooling liquid enters the arc-shaped flow channel for cooling the housing and a stator core of the motor, and enters the rotor flow channel for cooling the rotor. The cooling liquid flows through the rotor flow channel and the arc-shaped flow channel for respectively cooling the ends of the winding.

Abstract: A composition which conditions a surface for electroless deposition of a metal is disclosed. The composition comprises a polymer surfactant comprising repeating units of a monomer, wherein each of the repeating units comprises a functional group; a metal ion; and water, wherein the functional group in each of the repeating units forms a complex with the metal ion. In a preferred embodiment, the functional group is amine, and the surfactant comprises polyethyleneimine and/or polyallylamine. The metal ion comprises cobalt, rhodium, palladium or silver.
