  • Patent number: 10507616
Abstract: In a three-dimensional object-manufacturing apparatus, a Hamilton path-calculating part generates, on the basis of three-dimensional shape data representing a shape of a three-dimensional object, a voxel model representing an internal structure for forming the three-dimensional object. The Hamilton path-calculating part also determines whether a Hamilton path can be established in the voxel model. When it is determined that a Hamilton path cannot be established in the voxel model, a subvoxel-generating part divides the voxels to generate subvoxels. The Hamilton path-calculating part establishes a Hamilton path in the voxel model. A tool path data-generating part generates a tool path for forming a forming material based on the established Hamilton path. A three-dimensional object-forming unit implements the forming of the three-dimensional object on the basis of the tool path.

  • Publication number: 20190379328
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to the design of a system that implements an up-conversion mixer. This system includes a regulator-based linearized transconductance (gm) stage, which converts a differential intermediate frequency (IF) voltage signal into a corresponding pair of IF currents. It also includes a pair of current mirrors, which duplicates the pair of IF currents into sources of a set of switching transistors. The set of switching transistors uses a differential local oscillator (LO) signal to gate the duplicated pair of IF currents to produce a differential radio frequency (RF) output signal. Finally, a combination of capacitors and/or inductors is coupled to common source nodes of the set of switching transistors to suppress higher order harmonics in an associated common source node voltage signal.

  • Publication number: 20190374562
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods of treating infectious, inflammatory and post-traumatic disorders by administering various compounds newly discovered to have TLR4 inhibitory activity. In addition to methods of treatment, the present invention further provides for pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds, together with a suitable pharmaceutical carrier. Because TLR4 is the most upstream receptor in the pro-inflammatory LPS signaling cascade, treatments of the invention, which inhibit or antagonize TLR4 action, may avoid the pitfalls associated with other cytokine inhibitors that act further down the pathway and accordingly play a less specific (and perhaps non-critical) role.

  • Publication number: 20190379488
Abstract: A system and method for reducing the OFDM out-of-band emissions (OOBE) and Inter-Numerology Interference (INI) in a mixed-numerology OFDM-based system by utilizing a transmitter windowing operation that smooths the inherent rectangular pulse shape of the OFDM signals. The technique retains the main design of the OFDM receivers and provides backward compatibility for the existing OFDM-based systems. The guard band and the multi-window parameters that control the guard duration are jointly optimized regarding the numerology, the use case and the power offset between the users. To fully exploit and further increase the potential of adaptive guards, an interference-based scheduling algorithm is proposed as well.
