This creel structure can avoid intervention that arise due to equipment maintenance and spindle replacement, making equipment maintenance and spindle replacement more convenient and swift.
Abstract: The invention provides pluripotent cells that are used therapeutically for regenerating tissues but avoid rejection by subjects that receive them. In particular, the invention provides hypo-immunogenic pluripotent cells that avoid host immune rejection. The cells lack major immune antigens that trigger immune responses and are engineered to avoid phagocytic endocytosis. The invention further provides universally acceptable “off-the-shelf” pluripotent cells and derivatives thereof for generating or regenerating specific tissues and organs.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a manufacturing method for a high-resolution array organic film, and use thereof The high-resolution array organic film manufacturing method performs, by means of electrochemical deposition, polymerization of electrically active monomers on a high-resolution display screen array substrate to deposit and form a high-resolution array organic film. Also disclosed is a use of the manufactured high-resolution array organic film in manufacturing of OLED display screens. By employing electrochemical deposition to deposit the high-resolution array film on the high-resolution array substrate, the present disclosure provides a high-resolution film forming technique having simple operation, a low cost, film controllability, and precision up to 10 ?M.
Abstract: Embodiments described herein improve fuel economy by controlling a vehicle powertrain based on a predicted vehicle velocity. The vehicle velocity is predicted based on vehicle-to-vehicle data when a prediction horizon is a longer prediction horizon and the vehicle velocity is predicted based on historical drive cycle data when the prediction horizon is a shorter prediction horizon. A time duration of the shorter prediction horizon is shorter than the time duration of the longer prediction horizon. A plurality of drive cycles are established for both the longer and the shorter prediction horizons using a neural network. A shorter prediction horizon drive cycle uses nonlinear autoregressive exogenous model neural networks and the longer prediction horizon drive cycle uses two layer feedforward neural networks. The predicted vehicle velocity is determined from a similar drive cycle of the plurality of drive cycles of either the shorter and/or the longer prediction horizon drive cycles.

Abstract: This invention relates to a fiber placement head integrating tow converging mechanism, comprising: fiber placement head mounting base; fixed yarn box component and revolving yarn box component arranged at the side end of the fiber placement head mounting base, tow passage formed between the revolving mounting face of the said fiber placement head mounting base and the relative face of the revolving yarn box component; tow conveying components respectively arranged on the sides of the fixed yarn box component and revolving yarn box component; and tow converging mechanism for guiding and converging tows conveyed by tow conveying components. Through appropriate design of guide pulley and tow passage, the fiber placement head realizes the guiding and converging of multiple tows, avoiding intervening among the tows.
Abstract: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal types of tumor amongst all human cancers due to late diagnosis and resistant to treatment with chemotherapy and radiation. Preclinical and clinical studies have revealed that ErbB family for example epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a validated molecular target for pancreatic cancer prevention and therapy. The ErbB signaling cascade is regulated by a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease) family, namely ADAM17, by enzymatic cleavage of precursor ligands into soluble cytokines and growth factors. Mouse genetic studies have demonstrated that ADAM17 is required for PDAC development. In this study, we evaluated the anti-tumor effects of A9(B8) IgG—the first specific ‘human and mouse cross-reactive’ ADAM17 inhibitory antibody on pancreatic malignant transformation. We found that inhibition of ADAM17 with A9(B8) IgG efficiently suppressed the shedding of ADAM17 substrates both in vivo and in vitro.
Abstract: Method to generate microfractures by chemical reaction in low carbonate mineral content shale reservoirs in which sulfate acid or persulfate compound (such as ammonium persulfate ((NH4)2S2O8) at a relatively high content) injected into conventional fracturing fluid can react with shale carbonate components resulting in the precipitation reaction of gypsum crystal (CaSO4.2H2O) to occur because an insoluble calcium sulfate (CaSO4) solid is formed. It has been found that expansion stress generated by rapid crystallization in the shale nanoscale pore space can intensively crack shale rocks without additional energy input. Not only does this lead to the formation of much denser secondary microfracture networks, it also can increase SRV by the micrometer-scale gypsum crystals prohibiting these secondary microfracture networks from closure under a normal stress, thereby, improve the efficiency of hydraulic fracturing and hydrocarbon production.
Abstract: A method and system is disclosed for identifying a location of an event in a power distribution network.
