Abstract: An approach is provided for a messaging interface between applications and a user. A plurality of messages associated respectively with a plurality of programs is stored in a common message database according to timing information corresponding to the messages. A subset of the messages is retrieved based on the timing information. The subset of messages is filtered based on message type. The filtered messages are output to a non-visual communication program for presentation of the filtered messages.

Abstract: In one of many possible embodiments, an exemplary system includes a test management subsystem configured to provide a user portal to a user of a circuit provided by a service provider, the user portal including a tool enabling the user to select a signal loop for testing at least a section of the circuit, the signal loop being selected from a plurality of signal loop options. The system also includes a network management subsystem communicatively coupled to the test management subsystem, the network management subsystem being configured to receive data representative of the selection from the test management subsystem and instruct, based on the selection, a network device along the circuit to execute a loop-back mode. In certain embodiments, the selected signal loop defines a test pattern signal flow for testing a subsection of the circuit.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a wireless automobile key service are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method includes detecting whether the mobile device is connected to the automobile over a first network, launching a wireless automobile key service application on the mobile device when it is detected that the mobile device is connected to the automobile over the first network, and receiving, via the application from an operator of the automobile using the mobile device, a request to issue a command to the automobile. The method further includes determining whether the requested command is a first command or a second command. The method further includes when the requested command is a first command, sending, from the mobile device to a server over a second network, a request to issue the first command to the automobile.

Abstract: A method includes identifying a plurality of content hubs associated with an enterprise. Each content hub represents a type of content associated with an enterprise. The method also includes identifying primary nodes dependent on each content hub. The primary nodes represent subgroups of the content associated with the content hub. The method includes identifying secondary nodes associated with each primary node. The secondary nodes represent content items from the subgroups of content associated with the primary nodes. The method further includes arranging the content hubs in a visual representation of an enterprise ecosystem. The enterprise ecosystem displays a relationship between the content hubs. The method also includes displaying dependent nodes within a relationship context of the enterprise ecosystem based on user selection.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a setup timer in a SIP-based network including initiating a session by transmitting one or more messages to a first user. The system and method also comprises starting a first timer upon transmitting the one or more messages, wherein the first timer is configured to expire after a first predetermined time period. The system and method further comprises starting a second timer upon transmitting the one or more messages, wherein the second timer is configured to expire after a second predetermined time period. The system and method furthermore comprises transmitting one or more instructions upon expiration of at least one of the first timer and the second timer, and taking one or more actions based at least in part on the one or more instructions.

Abstract: A device may receive a request for information associated with a status of a user device from an application server device. The device may determine, based on the request, whether the user device is connected to a first network and may provide a first response to the application server device when the user device is connected to the first network. The first response may indicate that the user device is connected to the first network. When the user device is not connected to a first network, the device may determine whether the user device is connected to a second network that is different than the first network. When the user device is connected to the second network, the device may provide a second response to the application server device. The second response may indicate that the user device is connected to the second network.

Credentials associated with the user are transferred to the transaction agent based on the authentication and the determined context.

Abstract: A system is configured to receive an indication that a session, associated with a user device, is to be established; obtain a profile, associated with the user device, that identifies one or more services to which a user, of the user device, has subscribed; determine that a service, associated with the session, corresponds to one of the services, where the profile identifies one or more charging actions that correspond to the service; instruct a first device to initiate online charging, when the service corresponds to a first type of service; instruct a second device to initiate offline charging, when the service corresponds to a second type of service; and instruct a third device to not initiate online charging or offline charging when the service corresponds to a third type of service.
