    Abstract: A screen capable of reflecting projected light from a projector to a viewer's field of view, at least comprising a surface diffusion layer (14), a transmission light-absorbing layer (13) and a projection reflective layer (12) which are stacked sequentially from the incident side of the projected light. The projection reflective layer (12) selectively reflects the projected light. The transmission light-absorbing layer (13) comprises light-absorbing material particles, and the distribution of the light-absorbing material particles in the transmission light-absorbing layer (13) is set according to the distribution of the Fresnel loss of the projected light on the surface of the screen, such that the light transmittance of the transmission light-absorbing layer (13) is higher in the region where the Fresnel loss is larger. Further disclosed is a projection system comprising the screen. The screen and the projection system have high contrast and high brightness uniformity.

    Abstract: A total reflection screen comprises a light diffusion layer, a total reflection layer and a light absorption layer arranged sequentially from an incidence side of the projected light. The light absorption layer can absorb an incident light. The light diffusion layer is used for increasing a divergence angle of an emergent light. The total reflection layer comprises a plurality of microstructure units that is rotationally symmetrical and extends continuously in a plane of the total reflection screen. Each of the microstructure units comprises a first material layer disposed at the side of the light diffusion layer and a second material layer disposed at the side of the light absorption layer. The interface between the first material layer and the second material layer is comprised of two intersecting planes, which are disposed in such a way that the projected light is subjected to total reflection continuously at the two intersecting planes.

The infrared sensing unit includes a first and a second sensing structure. A cold junction is formed between the partition structure and the first sensing structure at a location where these two structures are close to each other. Another cold junction is formed between the partition structure and the second sensing structure at a location where these two structures are close to each other. In the present invention, steps including thawing, mixing, grinding, performing, printing, setting, and cooking are performed on frozen surimi. A thawed surimi gel system of the present invention can reduce the printing temperature, and increase the discharging rate and the three-dimensional forming rate. In the present invention, an acid-induced surimi gel is formed by adding linseed gum and glucolactone, and the surimi gel has stable viscosity and fluidity. The surimi slurry is minced and does not easily cause blockage, and discharging is smooth. By means of 3D precise printing technology, the surimi gel system of the present invention may be made into a cold dish of fish product that retains original properties and taste of the surimi product.
