    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a coatings composition with an open time additive comprising the steps of a) contacting an aqueous dispersion of alkali swellable polymer particles with a rheology modifier and a binder to form a coatings composition with a VOC of less than 50 g/L; and b) neutralizing the alkali swellable particles with a non-volatile base after or upon contact with the rheology modifier and the binder to form swelled multi-staged polymer particles; wherein the alkali swellable polymer particles comprise a shell having a Tg of not greater than 25° C. and an acid functionalized core; and wherein the core-to-shell ratio is in the range of from 1:3.2 to 1:10. The composition arising from the process of the present invention is useful for improving open time, especially for low VOC coatings applications.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a real-time object detection method deployed on a platform with limited computing resources, which belongs to the field of deep learning and image processing. In the present invention, YOLO-v3-tiny neural network is improved, Tinier-YOLO reserves the front five convolutional layers and pooling layers of YOLO-v3-tiny and makes prediction at two different scales. Fire modules in SqueezeNet, 1×1 bottleneck layers, and dense connection are introduced, so that the structure is used to achieve smaller, faster, and more lightweight network that can be run in real time on an embedded AI platform. The model size of Tinier-YOLO in the present invention is only 7.9 MB, which is only ¼ of 34.9 MB of YOLO-v3-tiny, and ? of YOLO-v2-tiny. The reduction in the model size of Tinier-YOLO does not affect real-time performance and accuracy of Tinier-YOLO. Real-time performance of Tinier-YOLO in the present invention is 21.8% higher than that of YOLO-v3-tiny and 70.8% higher than that of YOLO-v2-tiny.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device includes the following steps. A first inter-metal dielectric (IMD) layer is formed on a substrate. A magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) stack is formed on the connection structure and the cap layer. A patterning process is performed to the MTJ stack for forming a MTJ structure on the connection structure and removing the cap layer. A second IMD layer is formed on the first IMD layer and surrounds the MTJ structure. The semiconductor device includes the substrate, the connection structure, the first IMD layer, the MTJ structure, and the second IMD layer. The dielectric constant of the first IMD layer is lower than the dielectric constant of the second IMD layer.

An Au—S bond chemisorption method is used to controllably graft an anti-protein high-molecular polymer onto an Au surface.
