    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for generating anomaly scores for a neuro-linguistic model of input data obtained from one or more sources. According to one embodiment, generating anomaly scores includes receiving a stream of symbols generated from an ordered stream of normalized vectors generated from input data received from one or more sensor devices during a first time period. Upon receiving the stream of symbols, generating a set of words based on an occurrence of groups of symbols from the stream of symbols, determining a number of previous occurrences of a first word of the set of words, determining a number of previous occurrences of words of a same length as the first word, and determining a first anomaly score based on the number of previous occurrences of the first word and the number of previous occurrences of words of the same length as the first word.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for interference mitigation techniques between wireless communications and aircraft radio altimeters. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support one or more signaling- or configuration-based interference avoidance mechanisms associated with usage of a C-band at one or both of the UE and the network entity. The UE may support a capability according to which the UE is able to monitor a frequency band used by aircraft radio altimeters and the UE may request a modification to a C-band connection (such as request a release of the C-band connection) if the UE detects or measures signaling from an aircraft radio altimeter. Similarly, the network entity may modify the C-band connection if the network entity receives the request from the UE or itself detects or measures signaling from an aircraft radio altimeter.

    Abstract: A liquid-cooling heat dissipation plate with pin-fins and an enclosed liquid cooler having the same are provided. The liquid-cooling heat dissipation plate includes a heat dissipation plate body, a plurality of rhombus-shaped pin-fins, and a plurality of ellipse-shaped pin-fins. The heat dissipation plate body has a first heat dissipation surface and a second heat dissipation surface opposite to each other. The first heat dissipation surface is in contact with a heat source, and the second heat dissipation surface is in contact with a cooling fluid. The rhombus-shaped pin-fins and the ellipse-shaped pin-fins are integrally formed on the second heat dissipation surface and in a high density arrangement. The ellipse-shaped pin-fins correspond in position to a relative low temperature region of the heat source, and the rhombus-shaped pin-fins correspond in position to a relative high temperature region of the heat source.

The compound is removed by bombarding the compound with the particle having an energy smaller than a bonding energy between the first atom and the second atom, wherein the particle is different from the etchant.

The battery end cover assembly includes an end cover; terminal assemblies connected to the end cover; and a pressure relief mechanism disposed on the end cover, wherein the area of a figure formed by an outer contour of the end cover is a first area S1, the area of a projection of the pressure relief mechanism on the end cover is a second area S2, and the second area S2 accounts for 0.5% to 5% of the first area S1. According to the present application, the probability of untimely pressure relief is reduced, and the safety of a battery is improved. Moreover, the overall structural strength of the battery end cover assembly can be guaranteed, and the probability that the pressure relief mechanism falls off to be invalid is reduced.

A Machine Learning Spam Detection Component (“MLSDC”) may screen a call, such as a voice call, by initiating a call session between the MLSDC and a calling UE, from which the call was requested. Via the established call session, the MLSDC may receive communications, such as voice communications, from the UE, and may determine a measure of likelihood that the call request is associated with spam by using machine learning or other techniques to compare the received communications against one or more models that indicate attributes of calls that have been identified as spam.
