    Abstract: The multiple zeolite catalyst is a catalytic composition used to convert C9+ alkylaromatic hydrocarbons to BTX, particularly commercially valuable xylenes. The catalyst is formed by mixing at least two zeolites selected from mordenite, beta zeolite, ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-12, ZSM-22, ZSM-23, MFI topology zeolite, NES topology zeolite, EU-1, MAPO-36, SAPO-5, SAPO-11, SAPO-34, and SAPO-41, and adding at least one metal component selected from Group VIB and Group VIII of the Periodic Table of the Elements. The two zeolites should have different physical and chemical characteristics, such as pore size and acidity. An exemplary catalyst includes mordenite, ZSM-5, and 3 wt. % molybdenum. The transalkylation reaction may be conducted in one or more reactors with a fixed bed, moving bed, or radial flow reactor at 200-540° C., a pressure of 1.0-5.0 MPa, and liquid hourly space velocity of 1.0-5.0 per hour.

    Abstract: Cement retarders for well cements are based on hydrophobins. Hydrophobins are proteins or polypeptides that form hydrophobic coatings on surfaces. The size of the hydrophobins is preferably between about 100 and 350 amino acids, and the preferred hydrophobin concentration is between about 0.001% and 1.0% by weight of cement. Portland cement is the preferred well cement. Cement slurries containing hydrophobins are useful for both primary and remedial cementing applications.

    Abstract: A composition for treating a subterranean formation is formed from water, a water-soluble polymer and a crosslinking system. The crosslinking system utilizes 1) primary crosslinking agent of at least one of a dialdehyde benzene source, a dioxane, and a trioxane, 2) a secondary low temperature organic crosslinking agent that generates aldehyde, and 3) a phenol source. The crosslinking system provides the composition a delayed gel time of about 2 to about 20 hours at temperatures of about 250° F. (121° C.) or higher. A method of treating a subterranean formation penetrated by a wellbore is also accomplished by forming a treatment fluid from the composition and introducing the treatment fluid into the formation through the wellbore.

A generic threshold tuning method and system is proposed which can adaptively tune the detection threshold of a real-time IDS in accordance with varying host and network behavior. The method and system perform statistical and information-theoretic analyses of network and host-based IDSs' anomaly based intrusions to reveal a consistent time correlation structure between benign activity periods which is used to predict future anomaly scores and to adapt an IDS' detection threshold accordingly.

The poly-vinyl acetate may be included in any portion of the hydraulic fracturing fluid, or only the portion of the hydraulic fracturing fluid that is not proppant laden.
