The via structure includes a bottom portion disposed in the semiconductor substrate and a top portion disposed in the interconnect structure. The bottom portion and the top portion taper toward the top metal feature. The bottom portion includes a first tapering angle and the top portion includes a second tapering angle smaller than the first tapering angle.

A method of an aspect includes enforcing that bundles of state, of a first protected virtual machine (VM), received at a second platform over a stream, during an in-order phase of a migration of the first protected VM from a first platform to the second platform, are imported to a second protected VM of the second platform, in a same order that they were exported from the first protected VM. Receiving a marker over the stream marking an end of the in-order phase. Determining that all bundles of state exported from the first protected VM prior to export of the marker have been imported to the second protected VM. Starting an out-of-order phase of the migration based on the determination that said all bundles of the state exported have been imported.

The class of urea compounds acts by blocking at inhibiting the mTOR signaling pathway, which, as a central regulator of mammalian metabolism and physiology that when inhibited leads to the induction of autophagocytosis. The disclosed compounds are further capable of reinitiating the p53 cycle as well as inhibition of the BNIP3/BNIP3L pathway. The disclosed compounds also shows the ability to cross the blood-brain-barrier where metastases can form. This new drug has the potential to be a powerful new treatment to combat invasive TNBCs.

    Abstract: A method for automatic control of a simulation error in an analog circuit and a use thereof are provided. The method first determines a measurement object and acquires a simulation standard by simulating the measurement object. Then, the method performs simulation based on different parameters of a circuit netlist to acquire an electrical parameter and/or circuit performance evaluation indicator of the measurement object during a simulation process. The method forms a simulation sampling dataset based on a simulation option combination parameter and an error corresponding to the simulation standard. Finally, the method optimizes and analyzes the simulation sampling dataset based on an artificial intelligence algorithm to acquire a simulation option combination that meets a simulation error requirement and takes a least time. The solution achieves automatic selection of the simulation option combination, improving the accuracy of the simulation result.
