    Abstract: A method and a device for forecasting an electric load, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes: acquiring historical load data prior to a forecast date; generating a load sequence based on the historical load data; performing variational mode decomposition on the load sequence, to obtain multiple intrinsic mode components and a residual that are corresponding to the load sequence; and inputting the multiple intrinsic mode components and the residual into respective forecasting models, and determining a load value on the forecast date based on forecasting results of all the forecasting models. With the method and the device, the electronic device, and the computer-readable storage medium, the load sequence is decomposed based on the variational mode decomposition, so that more dimensional feature information in the load sequence can be mined. Moreover, the residual is also used as valid data.

    Abstract: Methods for determining a prediction value, an encoder, and a decoder are provided. Reconstructed values of neighboring samples of a current block are acquired, and then filtered to obtain a reference value set of the current block. When a size of the current block is smaller than a preset threshold value, a first constant value is calculated according to a bit depth value of a luma component of a sample in the current block. A difference between the first constant value and a first reference value in the reference value set is determined as a first prediction input value in a prediction input value set. Other prediction input values in the prediction input value set other than the first prediction input value are determined according to the reference value set. Prediction values of samples at specific positions in the current block is calculated and then filtered.

The confidence acquisition process makes full use of the intermediate output of calculation, and can be conveniently embedded into the traditional disparity estimation process, with high calculation efficiency and simple and easy operation. In the disparity image fusion method for multiband stereo cameras proposed by the method, the disparity diagrams participating in the fusion are obtained according to the binocular images of the corresponding bands, which makes full use of the information of each band and simultaneously avoiding introducing uncertainty and errors.
