Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for switching a secondary cell to a primary cell. A user equipment (UE) monitors a first radio condition of the UE for beams of a primary cell and a second radio condition for beams of one or more secondary cells configured for the UE in carrier aggregation. The UE transmits a request to configure a candidate beam of at least one candidate secondary cell as a new primary cell in response to the first radio condition not satisfying a first threshold and the second radio condition for the at least one candidate secondary cell satisfying a second threshold. A base station determines to reconfigure at least one secondary cell as the new primary cell. The base station and the UE perform a handover of the UE to the new primary cell.

During the login creation process, the login can be stored at a first data storage location, the login including an address that identifies a location of a distributed ledger and a password, and a reset password at a second data storage location comprising a secure data storage device. In response to detecting an attempt to log in to the third party device to access the resource, a value associated with the distributed ledger can be obtained, the value indicating a status of a trigger condition associated with the login. If the value is zero, the attempt to log in can be allowed to proceed. If the value is one, the attempt to log in can be blocked.

The decoder decodes a bitstream to obtain a size, a coding mode, and residuals of a current block; when the coding mode of the current block is an MIP mode, calculates a second offset based on the size of the current block, a first offset and reconstructed values of adjacent pixels corresponding to the current block; determines a first prediction value of the current block according to the second offset; and determines a reconstructed value of the current block based on the first prediction value.

Abstract: A light source assembly includes a first annular reflector, a second annular reflector and a plurality of first light source modules. The first annular reflector has a first reflective surface. The second annular reflector is coaxial with the first annular reflector. A radius of the first annular reflector is greater than that of the second annular reflector. The second annular reflector has a second reflective surface facing the first reflective surface. The first light source modules take a central axis of the first annular reflector as a center and annularly arranged around the center. The first light source modules provide first beams to the first reflective surface, which reflects the first beams to the second reflective surface. The second reflective surface reflects the first beams and makes the first beams emit along a direction parallel to a central axis of the second annular reflector. A projection device is also provided.

A stack structure including interleaved first dielectric layers and second dielectric layers is formed. All the second dielectric layers in the first region and parts of the second dielectric layers in a second region of the stack structure are replaced with conductive layers. Word line pick-up structures extending through the first dielectric layers and remainders of the second dielectric layers in the second region of the stack structure are formed at different depths, such that the word line pick-up structures are electrically connected to the conductive layers, respectively, in the second region of the stack structure.

Abstract: A fish school detection method and a system thereof, an electronic device and a storage medium are provided, the method includes inputting a to-be-detected fish school image into a fish school detection model; the fish school detection model including a feature extraction layer, a feature fusion layer and a feature recognition layer; extracting feature information of the to-be-detected fish school image based on the feature extraction layer, and determining a fish school feature map and an attention feature map based on an attention mechanism; fusing the fish school feature map and the attention feature map based on the feature fusion layer to determine a target fusion feature map; and determining a target fish school detection result based on the feature recognition layer and the target fusion feature map. Interference from environmental factors on detection results is eliminated, so as to effectively improve accuracy of the fish detection.

The present invention reveals a gene FsPL that is related to the pathogenicity of F. sacchari. Preliminary analysis shows that the deletion of the gene affects the ability of hyphae to penetrate and further affects the pathogenicity of pathogens. This provides a basis for the molecular mechanism of the pathogen infection and pathogenic process.
