    Abstract: A method for modifying magnetic field distribution in a deposition chamber is disclosed. The method includes the operations of providing a target magnetic field distribution, removing a first plurality of fixed magnets in the deposition chamber, replacing each of the first plurality of fixed magnets with respective ones of a second plurality of magnets, performing at least one of adjusting a position of at least one of the second plurality of the magnets, and adjusting a size of at least one of the second plurality of magnets, adjusting a magnetic flux of at least one of the second plurality of magnets, measuring the magnetic field distribution in the deposition chamber, and comparing the measured magnetic field distribution in the deposition chamber with the target magnetic field distribution.

The polyester layer is formed on the heat seal layer, and is composed of a polyester composition. The polyester composition includes a polyester resin made from recycled PET bottle flakes processed by physical or chemical methods and the polyester resin has an inherent viscosity between 0.62 dl/g and 1.0 dl/g. The recyclable retort pouch is made of the recyclable retort polyester film.

Thereafter, a power budget allocated to the unloaded component is determined. The power budget may be based on the thermal design power (TDP) of the computing device. Based on the power budget, a power configuration of the CPU is changed from a default power level to a high-performance power level, wherein the default power level corresponds to the TDP of the computing device and the high-performance power level is a power level above the default power level and upto a maximum power level of the CPU.

The folding-line wheel is adjacent to the delivery wheel for making a first folding line on the fiber product carried by the delivery wheel, and then the platen wheel folds the fiber product along the first folding line. Subsequently, the once-folded fiber product is transported to the folding wheel. The folding wheels of the two folding devices are adjacent to each other and are used to fold the fiber product passing therethrough for a second time, and thus fiber products with three folds are formed.

A housing structure overlies a support substrate, and a MEMS structure is between the support substrate and the housing structure. The spring extends from the anchor to the movable mass to suspend and allow movement of the movable mass in a cavity between the support substrate and the housing structure. The wire-bond damper is on the movable mass or structure surrounding the movable mass. For example, the wire-bond damper may be on a top surface of the movable mass. As another example, the wire-bond damper may be on the support substrate, laterally between the anchor and the movable mass. Further, the wire-bond damper comprises a wire formed by wire bonding and configured to dampen shock to the movable mass.
