The cathode electrode is disposed at the first moving mechanism. The second moving mechanism is connected with the gear alignment member. The gear alignment member includes a plurality of alignment gears for aligning the location of a plurality of teeth of the gear part of the workpiece. Thereby, the plurality of teeth of the workpiece may correspond to the cathode electrode. Then, the cathode electrode may perform electrochemical machining on the plurality of teeth, and thus, trimming the outline of the plurality of teeth.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an retroreflective structural colour film and a preparation method thereof. The main steps are as follows: (1) assembling colloidal microspheres to form a monolayer of microspheres; and (2) transferring the monolayer of microspheres onto a transparent substrate which has an adhesive layer to make the monolayer of microspheres partially embedded in the adhesive layer to prepare the retroreflective structural colour film. The retroreflective material has the advantages of the simple preparation process, high reflective brightness and uniformity of reflection colour. Moreover, the retroreflective material can exhibit unique retroreflective structural colour under the illumination of a white light source.

The hydrophobic core and the cross-linking hydrophilic shell enclose the dispersed biocide. Therefore, the biocide is released from the microcapsule core in the long term such that a resultant dried paint prevents biofouling in the long term.

    Abstract: A wireless tunneling system tunnels communications between a first host device and a second host device through a wireless link, while maintaining compliance of the communications between the first and second host devices with a wired communication protocol and operates in a power efficient manner. Two host devices may communicate with each other through a wireless link using the wireless tunneling system, as if two host devices were connected through the wired cable. The wireless tunneling system operates in one of a high power state and one or more low power states. In the high power state, the wireless tunneling system exchanges data at a higher data rate for tunneling. In the low power state, the wireless tunneling system disables power hungry components for conserving power.
