    Abstract: Semiconductor structure and fabrication method are provided. The method includes: providing a substrate including device regions and isolation regions, adjacent with one another; providing discrete fins on the substrate, pitches between adjacent fins being substantially same; forming a protective layer on the sidewalls of the fins; removing a partial thickness of the fins in the isolation regions along with a partial thickness of the protective layer in the isolation regions by a first etching process; forming dummy fins by a second etching process to etch the remaining fins in the isolation regions using the remaining protective layers as a mask; removing the remaining protective layer after the second etching process; and forming isolation structures in the isolation regions on the substrate. The isolation structures have a top lower than the fins in the device regions and higher than the dummy fins in the isolation regions.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing and a fan. The housing has a fan-retaining structure including a base, two side walls and at least one elastic clamping unit. The elastic clamping unit has a top-blocking portion formed on one end thereof. The fan is selectively mounted in the receiving space along a longitudinal direction. After the fan is disposed in the receiving space, the top-blocking portions and the base corporately clamp the fan, and the movement of the fan is restricted in the longitudinal direction and in a radial direction.

    Abstract: A process for improving sensitivity of a film base, coated with a dispersion of a normally crystalline polyacetylenic compound in a non-solvating liquid which is dried on the film surface, to particular photon energy band, specifically, long wavelength UV; the polyacetylenic compound preferably having at least two conjugated acetylenic linkages and containing from 12 to 60 carbon atoms. The sensitization of the film to long wavelength UV is achieved via the addition of photoinitiator(s) capable of absorbing UV energy and converting it to free radicals. The process comprises dispersing the normally crystalline polyacetylenic compound in the non-solvating liquid to a concentration of from about 2 to about 50% polyacetylene crystalline solids and a photoinitiator or combination of photoinitiators to a concentration of from 0.01 to 10%. The resultant dispersion is then coated and dried on a substrate. Additionally, applications using this film as a UVA illumination indicator and dosimeter are disclosed as well.

The plate cylinder has a circumferential surface with at least one groove. The ink source is adapted to provider an ink onto the circumferential surface of the plate cylinder. The cover blade is adapted to form an anti-drying layer on the plate cylinder from the ink. The doctor blade is adapted to contact the plate cylinder and fill the at least one groove with the ink. A point on the circumferential surface sequentially passes by the ink source, the cover blade, and the doctor blade as the plate cylinder rotates. A Young's modulus of a material of the cover blade is less than a Young's modulus of a material of the doctor blade. A method of using the gravure printing system is also provided.

The heat pipe includes an evaporation section and a condensing section formed at opposite ends thereof, respectively. The fin unit includes plural stacked parallel fins. Each of the fins defines a through hole therein for receiving the condensing section of the heat pipe. A flange extends from a periphery of the through hole. The flange defines two slits to divide the flange into two separate portions. The slits communicate with the through hole. A compressible structure is formed in each fin at opposite sides of the through hole. The compressible structure is aligned with the slits such that when the fin is compressed along a direction transverse to the alignment, the compressible structure is compressed and the separate portions of the flange move toward each other and closely contact the condensing section of the heat pipe.
