    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to processing speech or text using rank-reduced token representation. In one example process, speech input is received. A sequence of candidate words corresponding to the speech input is determined. The sequence of candidate words includes a current word and one or more previous words. A vector representation of the current word is determined from a set of trained parameters. A number of parameters in the set of trained parameters varies as a function of one or more linguistic characteristics of the current word. Using the vector representation of the current word, a probability of a next word given the current word and the one or more previous words is determined. A text representation of the speech input is displayed based on the determined probability.

    Abstract: A circuit and method of measuring capacitance are disclosed. The capacitance measuring circuit includes an integrator circuit, a first control circuit, a second control circuit and a processor circuit. The capacitance measuring method includes steps of: using a current source and a charging/discharging time to generate a first charge amount related to a second charge amount of a capacitor to be detected; generating a third charge amount and generating a fourth charge amount according to the first charge amount and the third charge amount; generating a fifth charge amount and generating a remaining charge amount according to the fifth charge amount and fourth charge amount; using an integrator to convert the remaining charge amount into a first voltage and generating a judging result according to whether the first voltage meets a second voltage; and calculating the judging result to obtain a capacitance variation of the capacitor to be detected.

    Abstract: A method for producing double-component modified molecular sieve comprises adding molecular sieve to an aqueous solution containing phosphorus to form a mixture, allowing the mixture to react at pH of 1-10, temperature of 70-200° C. and pressure of 0.2-1.2 MPa for 10-200 min, and then filtering, drying and baking the resultant to obtain phosphorus-modified molecular sieve, and then adding the phosphorus-modified molecular sieve to an aqueous solution containing silver ions, allowing the phosphorus-modified molecular sieve to react with silver ions at 0-100° C. in dark condition for 30-150 min, and then filtering, drying and baking. The obtained double-component modified molecular sieve contains 88-99 wt % molecular sieve with a ratio of silica to alumina between 15 and 60, 0.5-10 wt % phosphorus (based on oxides) and 0.01-2 wt % silver (based on oxides), all based on dry matter. A catalyst produced from the double-component modified molecular sieve has improved hydrothermal stability and microactivity.

    Abstract: A vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) includes a substrate having an aperture that allows light generated in an active layer of the VCSEL to exit the VCSEL after propagation through a first set of semiconductor layers. The VCSEL further includes an opaque bottom layer that blocks light generated in the active layer and propagated through a second set of semiconductor layers. The opaque bottom layer can be attached to a heat sink for heat dissipation thereby allowing the VCSEL to be operated at high power levels. The active layer is sandwiched between the first set of semiconductor layers and the second set of semiconductor layers. Unlike a traditional VCSEL where only certain wavelengths of light can propagate through a solid substrate that is “transparent” to these particular wavelengths, the aperture provided in the substrate of a VCSEL in accordance with the disclosure allows for propagation of many different wavelengths.
