A system for implementing preview of multicast video programs in a broadband access network includes: a video traffic/subscriber management system server, for obtaining subscriber preview qualification information for video traffic, and sending the qualification information with the program information to a video preview processing part; the video preview processing part, located in the access layer device, for obtaining and storing the preview qualification information and program information, managing the video traffic developed by the subscriber in accordance with the preview qualification and program information.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a non-shrinkage ceramic substrate comprises preparing a plurality of green sheets; forming internal electrodes and conductive vias in the respective green sheets; laminating the plurality of green sheets to form a multilayer ceramic substrate; forming a constrained layer on the top and bottom surfaces of the multilayer ceramic substrate by using one or more methods selected from the group consisting of an ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) method, a sputtering method, a CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) method, and a sol-gel method, the constrained layer not being fired at the firing temperature of the green sheet; firing the resultant structure at the firing temperature of the green sheet; and removing the constrained layer.

Daisy-chained devices will pass the remote control signal to the appropriate target device, so that the user can point any remote control at the DTV or other conveniently located device in the system, and still control the actual target device.
