Abstract: The invention provides a flip chip molded leadless package (MLP) with electrical paths printed in conducting ink. The MLP includes a taped leadframe with a plurality of leads and a non-conducting tape placed thereon. The electrical paths are printed on the tape to connect the features of the semiconductor device to the leads and an encapsulation layer protects the package. In a second embodiment, the MLP includes a pre-molded leadframe with the electrical paths printed directly thereon. The present invention also provides a method of fabricating the semiconductor package according to each embodiment.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a screen display which enables visual change of light related to sounds to be exhibited along with images on the screen. The screen display comprises a frame surrounding the screen display to couple a plurality of lamps to the screen display, a lamp line constituted by the plurality of lamps within the frame, a sensor, and a signal converter connected to the lamp line. Variation in illumination and colors of the lamps is shown on the screen along with images, so that the images and the visual change of light related to the sounds are shown on a single screen display.

The liquid crystal display includes a plurality of first pixels provided with RGB color filters and a plurality of second pixels provided with CMY color filters are formed at a liquid crystal display panel. A video processing part is inputted with RGB data to generate CMY data, and selectively outputs RGB data inputted in accordance with a clock signal and CMY data generated in accordance with a clock signal. A control part controls a supply of RGB data or CMY data inputted from the video processing part in accordance with the clock signal. In accordance with a control part, a data driving part converts RGB data or CMY data outputted from the control part into an analog data, and then supplies it to the plurality of first pixel or the plurality of second pixel.

Abstract: Disclosed are a spherical reflective screen for displaying an image and a method for manufacturing the screen. The screen has a spherical surface with a radius of curvature of a circle drawn centering around a point, and a focal length of the screen is the same as a projection length of a projector so that the projector is located at a focal point of the screen, thus allowing the image formed by means of light projected from the projector to be straightly reflected on the screen but ambient light to be diffused to the outside. A frictional surface and diffusing lines are simultaneously formed on an aluminum foil by rubbing the double-layered aluminum foils together in one direction, therefore, viewing angle and resolution of the screen are improved two times or more.

The protruding fin body is exposed in the opening. An insulated floating gate pattern is formed to fill the opening. The sacrificial pattern is then removed. An inter-gate dielectric layer covering the floating gate pattern is formed. A control gate conductive layer is formed over the inter-gate dielectric layer.

Abstract: The use of computer case is just to put together computer parts. A computer case needs to be located either on top of the desk, on the side of the desk, under the desk or on the floor. Not only computer desk takes up space but also the computer case is not safe from being stolen. By integrating computer case/chassis with a computer desk, a space-saving issue and parts-being-stolen issue will be resolved. This is a very easy to maintain. It can be unlocked to open the drawer and blow dust. If the system needs to be upgraded then open the drawer swap the parts without going through unplugging, re-plugging or assembling, disassembling hassle. Abstract: A cartilage therapeutic composition is developed for clinical transplantation into articulatio genu (knee joints) or ankle joints. It has clinical significance for symptomatic cartilage defects of the femoral condyle (medial, lateral, or trochlear) and bone cartilage defects of the talus (anklebone) in human or animal hosts, The cartilage therapeutic composition comprises a mixture of components of chondrocytes isolated and expanded or differentiated from a host such as a human or animal, and thrombin and a fibrinogen matrix containing fibrinogen. An application of the cartilage therapeutic composition is that a mixture of thrombin, chondrocyte components and a fibrinogen matrix is injected into a cartilage defect region followed by solidification therein. It provides rapid healing and effective regeneration of cartilage without surgical operation. It has the merits of safety and simplicity by allowing the use of an arthroscope for transplantation.

Abstract: Provided are a sensor node assistant apparatus, a sensor node integrated development apparatus, and a sensor network development system using the same. The sensor network development system includes a sensor node assistant apparatus disposed in at least one sensor node and communicating with a host computer, processing instructions generated from the host computer, and communicating with the sensor nodes; and a sensor node integrated development apparatus disposed in the host computer and communicating with the sensor node assistant apparatus to control the sensor nodes. Thus, it is possible to develop a more reliable sensor network system with reduced time and cost.

Abstract: Disclosed is a lithium secondary battery comprising a cathode, an anode, an electrolyte and a separator, wherein the anode comprises an anode active material having a specific surface area of 3 m2/g or less, and the electrolyte comprises 0.1˜6 parts by weight of a propane sultone-based compound based on 100 parts by weight of the electrolyte. The lithium secondary battery solves the problem of performance degradation caused by the use of an increased amount of a propane sultone-based compound required to form a SEI film on the surface of an anode upon the first charge cycle. Also, the lithium secondary battery can provide improved cycle characteristics and high-temperature storage characteristics.
