  • Publication number: 20050263184
Abstract: A system and method of supplying continuous chemical to a processing area for use in manufacturing a semiconductor device are provided. First and second storage vessels store chemical. A sensor checks and senses whether conduits respectively connected with the first and second storage vessels are empty. A 3-way valve selectively connects the conduits respectively connected with the first and second storage vessels, with a conduit connected to the processing area, so that chemical of the first and second storage vessels can be selectively supplied to the process area. A controller controls the 3-way valve in response to outputs of the first and second sensors. A pump is installed on a conduit for connecting the 3-way valve to the processing area and provides a flow pressure to the chemical.

  • Patent number: 6967599
Abstract: Audio data decoded in an MPEG system to be stored in a storage unit is supplied to an audio output via a filtering processing. For performing the filtering processing, presentation time interval of respective audio data is changed to conform to a user's designated playback speed, and the decoded audio data stored in the storage unit by being synchronized with the changed presentation time interval is written on an input queue in the set unit. A TSM algorithm is performed in the frame unit with respect to the audio data of the input queue to decrease the quantity of the audio data when the designated playback speed is faster than a normal playback speed or to increase it when the designated playback speed is slower than the normal playback speed, in accordance with a value of the designated playback speed. The TSM audio data is transferred to a middle queue.

  • Publication number: 20050243427
Abstract: Disclosed are a spherical reflective screen for displaying an image and a method for manufacturing the screen. The screen has a spherical surface with a radius of curvature of a circle drawn centering around a point, and a focal length of the screen is the same as a projection length of a projector so that the projector is located at a focal point of the screen, thus allowing the image formed by means of light projected from the projector to be straightly reflected on the screen but ambient light to be diffused to the outside. A frictional surface and diffusing lines are simultaneously formed on an aluminum foil by rubbing the double-layered aluminum foils together in one direction, therefore, viewing angle and resolution of the screen are improved two times or more.

  • Patent number: 6930948
Abstract: An external high/low voltage compatible semiconductor memory device includes an internal voltage pad, an internal voltage generation circuit, and an internal voltage control signal generation circuit. The internal voltage pad connects a low external voltage with an internal voltage, and the internal voltage generation circuit generates an internal voltage in response to an internal voltage control signal and a high external voltage. The internal voltage control signal generation circuit generates an internal voltage control signal according to an high or low external voltage. Thus, a database of the semiconductor memory device can be managed without classifying the database into databases for the high voltage and databases for the low voltage because of the internal voltage control signal. In addition, the internal voltage level is stable because charges provided to the internal voltage are regulated according to a voltage level of the external voltage.

  • Publication number: 20050168092
Abstract: A swing motor having an opening formed asymmetrically inside a stator. The swing motor is formed with an asymmetrical opening, in particular in a semicircular shape inside the stator. The opening is provided with a plurality of salient poles wound with coils. Electric current alternately flows through the coils so that a rotor, installed in the stator in a state of being spaced apart from the stator, can reciprocally move. Since the height of the stator is reduced by forming the opening asymmetrically in comparison with the case of forming the opening symmetrically, it is advantageous for minimizing the size of the product in which the swing motor is installed.

  • Publication number: 20050142754
Abstract: A split gate memory device and fabricating method thereof, wherein gate insulating and polysilicon layers are sequentially formed on a substrate. The polysilicon layer is patterned and a capping insulating layer is formed on portions thereof. A pair of self-aligned control gates having identical bottom widths are formed with a tunnel insulating layer interposed between the control gates and sidewalls of the polysilicon layer pattern and capping insulating layer. The tunnel insulating layer, patterned polysilicon layer and gate insulating layer are selectively etched to expose a portion of the substrate thereby forming a pair of floating gates. Ions are implanted into the exposed substrate and portions of the substrate adjoining the control gates to form a common source region and a drain region, respectively. The capping insulating layer on the floating gate protects an acute section of the tunnel insulating layer from attack during the etching and ion implantation.
