Abstract: A multiple layer baby burp cloth shaped, arranged, and constructed to drape and fit over, substantially cover, and hold position in relation to an individuals shoulder and the related upper body area, both front and back. The shape is characterized by a central cut out portion arranged to fit into the users neck, and a central extended portion opposite the cut out portion arranged to fit over the users shoulder. The top layer is moisture absorbent and non-irritating to a baby's skin and the bottom layer is a gripping surface which will adhere to the users shoulder.

Abstract: A nursing cover is described, including a sheet having a top edge, a bottom edge, and a first side edge and a second side edge, and a strap coupled to the top edge of the sheet and a plurality of D-rings are coupled using another strap to the top edge of the sheet, and a stiffener stitched into the top edge of the sheet, the stiffener having a first end cap disposed on a first end of the stiffener and a second end cap disposed on a second end of the stiffener, wherein the stiffener, when worn, bows outward to provide a viewing area.

In the crotch region of the article, side elements are connected to the centre crotch region and/or the front or rear regions of the article, such that the cup-like shape is supported during use. Abstract: Thermal impulse heat welding, or “bar sealing”, is used to bond thermally sensitive laminate barrier materials such that they will pass AAMI level 4 testing (ASTM 1670 and 1671-b). In bar sealing, overlapping layers of thermally sensitive laminate barrier materials are melted and fused together to create a substantially solid bond at and/or adjacent the surface. No substantially un-melted areas remain within the fused bond area on the surface.

Abstract: A facial hair trimmings catcher useful during personal grooming that is collapsible or otherwise adapted for storing as a smaller unit. The catcher includes a bag comprising a closed bottom, closed side walls and a top and further includes a support member that is attached to the side walls to form a support configuration. The support configuration supports the bag under the face of the user. The support member may include a support strap adapted for passing behind the neck of the user. The catcher may further include one or more hinges attached to a top periphery of the bag so that in the open position the hinge holds the top of the bag open for receiving facial hair trimmings. The bag may be held open by a flexible tension member extending around a top periphery as a frame or disposed as a frame for the side walls.

To use the cloth (1), the user simply wraps the strap (4) around the bottle and attaches the fastening means (14) on a strap outer surface (13) to a fastening means (14) located on a strap inner surface (12). The body fluid absorbent assembly is embossed so that the body fluid absorbent assembly may be formed along upper and lower ends thereof with high stiffness regions having a stiffness higher than that in the remaining region.

Abstract: A detachable, heat resistant, flexible button protector protects against button degradation during laundering, dry-cleaning or hot ironing operations. The protector has an enclosure for forming a cavity surrounding at least one button. A slit in the side of the enclosure accommodates insertion of the button into the cavity. Button degradation is prevented by sealing the enclosure to minimize penetration of cleaning fluids during insertion and residence of the button within the cavity. The protector shields the button from corrosive laundering and dry-cleaning chemicals, while allowing entry of chemicals that wash the fabric on which the button is sewn. It is strong enough to withstand compressive force and shock impact produced by laundering machinery. Chipping and chemical degradation of buttons is virtually eliminated. Laundering, dry-cleaning and ironing operations are carried out economically in an efficient, reliable manner.

The expanded lower portion drapes over the midriff of the wearer to provide breathable privacy to the wearer and contents within.

For example, in a first embodiment, the sheet comprises a substantially rectangular thin sheet of plastic having a first edge with two substantially circular cut outs, and a second oppositely spaced edge having two substantially square cut outs and a substantially semi-circular cut out. In addition, there are positioned normal to these two sheets, two parallel spaced substantially flat edges. A second member is sized and shaped for covering the lower torso and lap of the wearer and has an upper edge adapted for positioning proximate to and beneath the breasts of the wearer. The second member is attached to the first member such that the flap members extend over the second member below the upper edge and downwardly toward the waist area of the wearer to provide ease of access to the breasts of the wearer as well as modesty protection during the nursing of an infant.

The bib is adjustable at the sides via hook and loop strips to fit most people. Padding is provided at the shoulders of the bib to protect the wearer from injury from a pet's claws. The front of the bib is provided with one set of top opening pockets that are located high on the chest of the wearer and another set of larger top opening pockets that are located at the bottom of the front of the bib.
