The control box includes a first water passage and a second water passage. The input water control unit includes a water inlet, a first water outlet, and a second water outlet. The first water passage communicates with the faucet water passage and the first water outlet, and the control box is equipped with a solenoid valve. The second water passage communicates with the faucet water passage and the second water outlet, and the input water control unit is provided with a valve core for controlling the communication and the blocking of the second water outlet.
Abstract: A rotary disk filter has a central pipe and multiple filter disks arranged around and connected to the central pipe., wherein each filter disk includes multiple filter modules arranged adjacent to one another in the circumferential direction of the central pipe, each having a base frame and two filter elements, which include a filter surface connected to a filter frame. The base frame and the two filter elements delimit a cavity fluidically connected to the central pipe. The filter frames are detachably connected to both sides of the base frame, and removable from the base frame and replaceable with new filter elements. Abstract: An assembled air cleaner includes an air blowing box, a plurality of first filter boxes that is stacked in a vertical direction and disposed above the air blowing box, and an air inlet box disposed on top of the topmost first filter box. In one aspect, a beverage material is pressed to the bottom of a beverage container by means of a press ring including a filter. Abstract: We provide a system and method for reverse osmosis treatment of water, including seawater and brackish water. Methods and systems of embodiments of the invention may include, for example, ultrafiltration followed by biofoulant removal, both of which precede reverse osmosis. In preferred embodiments the system is run at a low flux. For example, a flux of 6-8 GFD may be used with seawater. Additional embodiments may provide the above process in conjunction with a reverse-osmosis membrane cleaning system. The membrane cleaning system is a “clean in place” system that includes use of the natural pressure differential in the reverse osmosis system to remove biofoulants and their precursors.

Abstract: A liquid reclamation assembly is provided for processing a lubricant or other liquid. The assembly includes a housing interior for receiving a filter subassembly. A manifold is in fluid communication with a discharge region of the filter subassembly, the manifold comprising a primary manifold passage for passage of source fluid and a series of draw ports. The cross sectional area of the primary manifold passage is greater than the total cross sectional area of the series of draw ports to create a venturi effect to draw fluid through the assembly. The filter subassembly includes a series of target filtration segment, each segment being designed for a specific reclamation process. An entry manifold governs and distributes the fluid to each of the target filtration segments. Results of an analysis of the fluid can be used to determine which target filtration segments are desired for processing the fluid. Valves within the entry manifold can direct the flow accordingly.

Abstract: A standalone aquarium filter with a filter cage having a hinged or detachable top cover and a filter bag. The filter bag is adapted to be filled with a filtering medium. Abstract: A system for cleaning up an oil spill and recovering the spilled oil includes frames supporting superhydrophobic oil-absorbing nanowires. A first container supports the frames with the nanowires. A mixture of oil and water is pumped into the first container where the oil from the mixture is absorbed by the nanowires as water is separated from the mixture and deposited in the first container where it is then pumped therefrom. A second container supports the frames with the oil so-absorbed by the nanowires. The frames with the oil so-absorbed by the nanowires are heated whereby the oil so-absorbed separates from the nanowires and is deposited in the second container. The oil so-deposited in the second container is then pumped therefrom.

Abstract: A fluid filter apparatus includes a first surrounding sidewall having inlet and outlet apertures, with first and second end portions, a cover attached to the second end portion and a domed end attached to the first end portion. Also included is a second surrounding sidewall with primary and secondary end portions, being co-axially disposed within the first surrounding sidewall, with a first environment interior disposed therebetween, a second environmental interior disposed within the second surrounding sidewall, and a third environmental interior disposed within said first surrounding sidewall. Further included is a primary strainer disposed between the first and second environments, a vane forming a helical channel within the first environmental adding a centrifugal velocity to the fluid to separate heavier fluids and particulates. Also, a secondary strainer is between the second and third environments, and a filter media is in a third environment.
Abstract: A system for removing sediment from water is disclosed. The exemplary embodiments described herein disclose a system comprising a filter chamber, having a deck positioned inside to divide it into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The deck may have a plurality of holes to hold filtration elements and also may have a ridge or a skirt or both. The filtration elements may be filter cartridges with multiple elongated filter elements that extend down into the lower chamber.
