Abstract: A medical compliance chart and dispenser for storing and dispensing medication that is easy and efficient to use and, if desired, carry from one place to another. The chart comprises a backing sheet having a plurality of medication containers attached thereto in a row and column arrangement which defines a calendar configuration so the user may have each day's medication inside a container designated for that day. The chart is utilized with packets of medication cooperatively sized with the containers to fit within a container chamber defined by walls of the container body. The packets are marked for the time of day to help the user remember to take medication and to avoid double taking it. The chart can be made out of stiff, hard materials or relatively soft, flexible materials that are easy to fold and carry. The chart can be mounted to a wall or inside a cabinet.

Abstract: A label holder for displaying information labels at the front of merchandise display hooks, and method for making the label holder. The label holder is of inexpensive continuously extruded construction, which is inexpensively processed after extrusion to eliminate the typical shortcomings of conventional extruded label holders. The extruded body form is cut to usable length and subjected to a plurality of die cutting operations on the back or mounting portion of the label holder, to form positioning and retention features. The label holder is thus provided with many if not most of the beneficial features of specially molded label holders, without incurring the greater expense involved in the molding process. The label holder is designed to accommodate mounting on label holders of several wire sizes commonly found in use in merchandise displays.
Abstract: A holder for an electronic price label (EPL) includes a channel member defined by a base wall and first and second spaced-apart side walls that project outwardly from opposite ends of the base wall. The base wall and the side walls define a somewhat C-shaped recess in the channel member. An associated EPL is adapted for receipt in the recess. A clip is connected to the channel member and is adapted for releasable connection to a wide variety of different retail shelf fixtures. In one embodiment, the clip is connected to a back wall that is interconnected with the channel member in different ways to define a variety of cross-sectional shapes. In another embodiment, the clip cooperates with a top wall to define a slot therebetween that receives and retains a front edge of an associated retail shelf. Abstract: A label holder for shelving units which consists of a front and back plate designed to fit within the shelving face so as to not interfere with the removal of objects from the said shelving unit. The front plate comprises of an aperture to receive label inserts and a threaded stud attached by some means to the back of the front plate. This said threaded stud is designed to be drawn through the opening of the shelving face and received through a central hole of the back plate. The above mentioned plates are mounted on the shelving face by a fastener, e.g. a nut, fastened by rotation on the threaded stud so as to hold the plates in place.

Abstract: A label holder includes at least one panel having a rib. The at least one panel is constructed to have a resilient rearward curvature that flexes to flatten against a shelf. The label holder further includes a retainer structure extending rearwardly from the at least one panel. When mounted to the shelf, the rib engages the shelf and causes flexure of the resilient rearward curvature of the front panel, forms a lid for a cavity that houses a label, and biases the clip against a back surface of the angled front panel to provide secure attachment of the label holder to the shelf.

Abstract: A lighted flexible display device or sign, useful for advertising purposes, and having a battery supply mount. The display device herein is a lighted display and is constructed to be flexible in the presence of inadvertent bumping or deflection thereof. The mounting resilient such that, when the deflecting force is removed, the sign springs back to its normal lateral position. The mount for the display device includes a battery supply, with such supply being electrically connected to the electrical circuit of the sign.
