Abstract: A box girder configured as a crane girder has two side plates spaced apart from each other, at least one chord plate connecting the two side plates to each other and at least one transverse plate arranged between the side plates and connecting the side plates to each other, with a welded joint provided between the respective chord plate and the side plates. In order to facilitate the manufacturing process of the box girder, at least one form-fitting connection configured as a plug-in connection is provided between the transverse plate and each of the two side plates. A crane may thus be configured having such a box girder. A corresponding method of manufacturing may also be employed for forming the box girder.
Abstract: A blower mounting assembly of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a bracket assembly including a base panel, a plurality of mounting flanges extending from the base panel, and an alignment flange extending from and transverse to the base panel. The blower mounting assembly includes a first mounting aperture extending through the base panel in a first direction and includes second mounting apertures extending through the plurality of mounting flanges in a second direction transverse to the first direction. The blower mounting assembly includes a bolt configured to extend through and slidably engage with an aperture of the alignment flange and a blower mounting skid such that the bolt limits movement of the blower mounting skid relative to the bracket assembly. The aperture of the alignment flange extends through the alignment flange in a third direction transverse to the first mounting aperture and the second mounting apertures.

Abstract: A heating, ventilation and air conditioning curb assembly includes a curb that has a planar profile for positioning on a flat roof of a building. A heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit is included that has dimensions which are unequal to dimensions of the curb. An adapter is positionable into the curb and the adapter has dimensions sufficient to accommodate dimensions of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit. Thus, the heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit can be installed onto the curb. A power unit is integrated into the curb to supply electrical power to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit in the event of a power outage thereby ensuring the heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit continues to operate. A leveling unit is coupled to the adapter for leveling the heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit.
Abstract: Examples provide a configurable, modular manifold system for distributing water. The manifold receives water via a first supply line dropped vertically down from a ceiling structure. The first supply line is connected to a water source, such as a water tank or pre-existing water line without demolition. The water may be heated or filtered and then supplied to a fixture or other device via a perpendicular second supply line. Drainage from the fixture is received via a drainage line. The drainage accumulates in an accumulator tank. The drainage water is pumped out via a second vertical drainage line carrying the drainage water away. The second line eventually connects to a pre-existing sewage line or septic system for treatment. The manifold may be moved or relocated easily to provide water to fixtures or other devices modularly without alteration of fixtures or access demolition to existing structures.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to mounts for antennas and radio equipment, and more particularly to mounts for antennas on and radio equipment on the top of a building or commercial structure. One aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a sector frame. The sector frame may have a plurality of structural members, including antenna pipes for the mounting of electronic equipment, and a face pipe along which the antenna pipes are disposed. In some embodiments, the antenna pipes and the face pipe may form an antenna pipe array which is rotatable about three perpendicular axes. Another aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a method for adapting a sector frame to a substrate. One or more components can be pre-installed on the adapter curb frame, including but not limited to an electrical connection assembly, upper and lower sealing elements, interior insulation, one or more wind brackets, and/or a plurality of lifting flanges. The adapter curb with pre-installed features can help reduce installation time on site. A method of installing a new HVAC unit onto an existing HVAC curb with an adapter curb having pre-installed components is also disclosed.

Abstract: A hose retractor valve for central vacuum cleaning systems that utilize retractable suction hoses that retract into a system vacuum tubing for storage. The cover portions may be molded as a single piece and then singulated, and the bottom cover portions may also be formed as a single piece prior to singulation, as well.

At least one of the end walls or at least one of the side walls may have a permanently removable knock-out portion defined therein.

Abstract: A functional training kit includes a box and a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box. At least some of the components and the box are adapted such that the at least some of the components are attachable to the outside of the box to provide at least one functional training rig attached to the outside of the box. The box can comprise an ISO shipping container and the functional training rig is adapted to be supportable, both by the box and by the ground.

Abstract: A two-part roof hook is described, which has a base part (1) and a hook part (2) which can be connected to the base part (1) and which has a connecting element (6) on its end (4) for mounting an assembly. The base part (1) is a cut-off portion (X) of an angle section, one angle leg (8) of which is provided with connecting elements (7) for making a connection to the roof substructure. A section wall (10) extending in the longitudinal direction of the section is arranged within the angle between the two angle legs (8, 9), which section wall includes an obtuse angle (?) jointly with the angle leg area of the connecting elements (7), serves as a support surface for the end (3) of the hook part (2), and can be connected to the end (3) of the hook part (2).
Abstract: Disclosed is a wall mount enclosure for mounting in a wall, including a housing with a front side, a back side and at least one side wall defining an interior accessible from an opening in the front side, where the front side has an outer perimeter extending outwardly beyond the side wall to interface with a front surface of the wall when a plurality of clamping mechanisms are engaged to mount the enclosure to the wall. The clamping mechanisms comprise a threaded fastener having a head accessible through the interior, and an at least partially threaded elongated member. A clamp body is provided and is pivotal about an axis by pivoting the threaded fastener in a first direction away from the interior of the enclosure and linearly translatable when in a second pivotal position to engage a back portion of the wall and mount the housing.
