The mobile device on the verifier's vehicle captures information of the transaction of the payment and the infrastructure user's vehicle. The information is broadcasted by the mobile device on the infrastructure user's vehicle. The mobile device on the verifier's vehicle determines whether there is a valid transaction of the payment for the service. The mobile device on the verifier's vehicle sends a violation record to an offense reporting address of an infrastructure provider, in response to determining that there is no valid transaction of the payment.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for associating a merchant with an aggregate merchant uses a computing device having a processor and a memory. The method includes identifying an association rule for the aggregate merchant, including one or more antecedents. Each antecedent includes a model value for the antecedent associated with the aggregate merchant. The method also includes identifying one or more merchant data values associated with the merchant. Each of the one or more merchant data values correspond to one of the one or more antecedents. The method further includes applying the association rule to the one or more merchant data values by comparing the model value for each antecedent with a merchant data value associated with the corresponding antecedent, thereby generating a confidence score for the merchant. The confidence score represents a likelihood the merchant is associated with the aggregate merchant. The method also includes outputting the confidence score.

Abstract: A charitable donation system is provided. The system includes a computer server having a memory storing charitable organization data and user data, a collection device coupled to the computer server, and a user computing device coupled to the computer server. The system establishes a geofence around the collection device. When a user computing device enters the geofence, a connection between the server and the user computing device is established. The computer server may be programmed to receive from the user computing device a signal activating a donation, the signal including user data and donation data, including a user identifying information, a donation amount, and the payment instrument initiating the payment amount. The computer server may automatically process the payment and send a communication to the collection device to account for the donation amount.

Abstract: The DYNAMIC PAYMENT OPTIMIZATION APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“DPO”) transform requests for on-demand and flexible monetization and related services via DPO components into currency transfers, purchase receipt notifications, social networking communications and transaction analytics reports. In some embodiments, the DPO obtains a user product purchase request for a user engaged in an online experience at a point of sale device. The DPO parses the user product purchase request, and thereby identifies at least one attribute of at least one of: the user; the online experience; and the point of sale device. Abstract: A system or method may implement an overdraft prediction analysis to predict whether an account overdraft is about to occur. The overdraft prediction analysis may be based on: 1. customer account data, such as current account balance, historical balances, historical withdrawals, historical deposits balance trends, and the like; 2. account transaction data, such as routine or recurring account transactions, timing of transactions, amount, deposit or withdrawal transactions, and the like; 3. location data, such as locations of past purchases or payments; and 4. time and date data, such as dates and times of past transactions. Abstract: Approaches provide for a point-of-sale system that includes, for example, a stand that supports a computing device. The computing device can run software configured to provide functionality for a point-of-sale system. The computing device can be connected to peripheral components, such as a cash drawer, a receipt printer, etc. through a hub or other device configured to host at least one of a plurality of peripheral ports and/or operate as a single client to the computing device.
