Abstract: A server device obtains historical transaction data regarding transactions involving a network service, obtains historical calendar data regarding static date information for a historical time period that corresponds with the historical transaction data, and processes the historical transaction data and historical calendar data to train a machine learning model using a gradient boosting machine learning technique to predict a normal transaction volume for a period of time and confidence bands associated with the normal transaction volume. The server device generates the normal transaction volume for the period of time and confidence bands using the machine learning model, obtains real-time data concerning a transaction volume during the period of time, detects a transaction volume anomaly based on comparing the real-time data and normal transaction volume and confidence bands, and sends an alert, based on the transaction volume anomaly, to cause a remote device to display the alert and perform an action.

Abstract: A soft card provisioning application is instantiated on a device with wireless communications capabilities. A card number for a soft card desired to be provisioned on the device is obtained from a user of the device. An issuer identification number retrieved from the card number is communicated to a provisioning configuration server over an air interface. A provisioning issuer server network address is obtained from the provisioning configuration server based on the issuer identification number. Card issuer specific challenges are presented to the user, and the user's responses to the challenges are received. The challenge responses are communicated to the provisioning issuer server. Soft card image data and personalization data, where the personalization data includes personalized embossed and pre-printed data, are received from the provisioning issuer server over the air interface. The soft card is provisioned for use on the device based on the data received over the air interface.

An example method includes receiving, by a second computing device, an oblivious transfer from a first computing device. The first computing device splits feature data in a feature dataset into a plurality of sub-data and uses the plurality of sub-data as input, and the second computing device uses label data in a label dataset as input. The second computing device selects target sub-data from the plurality of sub-data input by the first computing device, and determines a first summation result of the selected target sub-data. The second computing device receives from the first computing device a second summation result of the one or more splitting parameters in the splitting parameter set, and calculates a statistical indicator based on the first summation result and the second summation result.

Abstract: The present invention relates to systems and methods for implementing an automated auction process that is held at a designated time on the Internet, and that ends after bidding has been completed. In accordance with these systems and methods, a server connected to a plurality of workstations may establish several auctions that allow for efficient trading of multiple goods, while simulating the live and dynamic setting of traditional auctions.

Abstract: A system receives application data to be used in requests made on behalf of an applicant to a selection of evaluator devices. The system includes a predictive model which predicts actual eligibility criteria for acceptance of a request by the evaluator devices, and is trained with a library of application data including previously evaluated requests and outcomes to the previously evaluated requests. The system compiles the application data into separate requests by synchronizing the application data and identifying a common core of data required by each selected evaluator device and compiling the common core of data along with particular requirements of individual evaluator devices. An applicant can thereby complete a multi-request application which generates requests to a plurality of evaluator devices and which avoids duplication of data storage and data transmission, and reduces effort required by the applicant. Implementations include students making applications for admission to academic institutions.

Abstract: According to one aspect, the system provides an automated platform for managing R2R, that preserves vendor control over of the communication between retailers. For example, according to one embodiment of the system, only authorized retailers of specific vendors are able to list, request, buy, sell and swap products on the system. In further examples, the system controls execution so that exchanges can occur anonymously, while maintaining the assurances that transactions are facilitated by authorized parties at vendor-set prices. In yet other example, the system permits authorized retailers to list non-performing goods for authorized retailers to obtain by purchase or swap at wholesale cost. In yet other example, the system permits authorized retailers to request goods at wholesale cost and display the requests in a workflow that permits providers execute fulfillment.

In speaker role determination, data from an audio or text file is divided into respective portions related to speaking parties. Characteristics classifying the portions of the data for speaking party roles are identified in the portions to generate data sets from the portions corresponding to the speaking party roles and to assign speaking party roles for the data sets. For scrubbing identifying information in data, audio data for speaking parties is processed using speech recognition to generate a text-based representation. Text associated with identifying information is determined based on a set of key words/phrases, and a portion of the text-based representation that includes a part of the text is identified. A segment of audio data that corresponds to the identified portion is replaced with different audio data, and the portion is replaced with different text.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for classifying a particular user account as a fraudulent user account by analyzing links between the user account and two or more known fraudulent user accounts collectively. Attributes of the particular user account are compared against attributes of a plurality of known fraudulent accounts to determine that the particular user account has shared attributes with a first known fraudulent account and a second known fraudulent account. The shared attributes with the first known fraudulent account and the second known fraudulent account are analyzed collectively to determine a risk level for the particular user account. The risk level may indicate a likelihood that the particular user account corresponds to a fraudulent account.

Abstract: A method for processing database package connections and updates has been developed. First, an execution request for a database package is received. A connection context is then established which can execute the execution request. The database package is determined whether or not it is valid with proper package updates prior to establishing the connection. If the database package is determined to not be valid, change packages are retrieved for the database package. The valid change packages are then compiled for the database package and the connection request is executed for the updated database package with the connection context.

Abstract: Methods and systems for facilitating photo-based estimation are described. In an aspect, a server is configured to send via a communications module to a remote computing device a first signal comprising a chat interface. The server may receive, via the communications module and from the remote computing device, a second signal representing input received at the remote computing device through the chat interface. The server may identify an account associated with the remote computing device and retrieve policy data associated with the identified account from the data store. The server may automatically evaluate the input and policy data against predetermined criteria to determine whether a claim has a low risk level and, when the claim is determined to have a low risk level, engage a photo-based estimation module.

Abstract: An automatic billing enrollment (ABE) computing device and methods for automatically enrolling a merchant in a bill paying application are provided. The ABE computing device receives a payment transaction associated with a cardholder account, identifies a merchant associated with the payment transaction, and determines whether the merchant is enrolled with a bill pay application associated with the cardholder account by performing a database lookup of enrolled merchants. The ABE computing device then transmits a message to a user device associated with the cardholder account indicating that the identified merchant is not enrolled by the cardholder with the bill pay application and includes an option for the cardholder to enroll the merchant. To enroll the merchant, the ABE computing device determines merchant-associated data elements required by the bill pay application to enroll the merchant, retrieves the data elements, and inputs the data elements into the bill pay application.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for automatically projecting a number of days to pending for a real-estate property by receiving, by a server, real-estate property listing information of real-estate property activities associated with a plurality of real-estate properties and determining, for each of the plurality of real-estate properties, a days to pending amount indicating time between when a respective one of the plurality of real-estate properties was listed and when the respective real-estate property was sold. The systems and methods further train a machine learning technique to establish a relationship between the different types of real-estate property activities and the determined days to pending amounts. The trained machine learning technique is applied to new real-estate property activities associated with a new real-estate property to predict a length of time between a first time the new real-estate property was listed and a second time when the new real-estate property will be sold.

In response to determining that the data repository has a record matching the selected supplier identifier value, a risk score value associated with the selected supplier identifier value is identified from a dataset of risk score values that is stored in the data repository. A unique mapping table is generated that maps each supplier risk score value of one or more supplier risk score values to one or more information request identifiers, the one or more supplier risk score values including the risk score value associated with the selected supplier identifier value.

The request controller receives a request of interoperability analysis from a user interface for a specified system configuration. The interoperability service module implements an interoperability analysis, with interactions with an element database and a customer profile database via an element DB API and an inventory common API respectively. Upon completion of the analysis, interop evaluation result is sent back to the user interface.

Abstract: A system and method for scoring an interaction using an analytical model and authorization decisions is disclosed. The method includes receiving from an access device an authorization request message for an interaction between a user and a resource provider. An analytical model comprising a neural network with at least one long short-term memory determines a score based on data in the authorization request message. The analytical model was formed using interaction data from prior authorization request messages, and authorization response messages from an authorizing computer. The authorization request message and the score is transmitted to the authorizing computer and an authorization response message, including an indication of whether the interaction was approved or declined, is received. Then the analytical model is updated based upon data in the authorization request message and the indication in the authorization response message to form an updated analytical model.

For example, parking data for a parking region, such as a parking lot, may be obtained from one or more data sources (e.g., vehicle sensor data, a parking lot camera, parking meter transaction data, etc.). Routes from a current location of a vehicle to available parking spaces within the parking region may be computed. The routes may be ranked based upon various criteria, such as convenience, congestion, travel time, travel distance, a parking space fill order, etc. A route, having a rank above a threshold (e.g., a highest ranked route), may be provided to a driver of the vehicle, such as through a vehicle navigation unit, a mobile device, a wearable device, etc. The route may be provided to autonomous driving functionality of the vehicle for automatic routing and navigation of the vehicle to the parking space.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure generally pertain to a vehicle inhibitor with an enhanced user interface and a system and method for overriding a vehicle inhibitor. This disclosure may be useful for providing an emergency override function for vehicle loan repayment enforcement systems that have wireless user interface modules, and that have become lost or inoperable when needed to generate an emergency override signal. Further, the present disclosure addresses this problem while mitigating additional system cost and additional components.
