    Abstract: A multi-function glass cleaning apparatus having a container provided With an opening closable by a plug, two principal opposite faces and two side walls, for receiving and storing a cleaning fluid. A handle is formed integrally with the container and defines a hand grasping portion. The hand grasping portion is transverse to the side walls. A first support member is formed integrally with the container on one of the faces thereof for supporting a scraping element which is secured to it. The first support member is parallel to the hand grasping portion and has a trough extending lengthwise thereof. The trough is in communication with the container via a small aperture. A second support member is formed integrally with the container for supporting a wiper which is secured to it. The second support member is parallel to the hand grasping portion and to the first support member.

    Abstract: A device for governing the idling rpm of an internal combustion engine which prevents a leakage. A closing element is axially and radially displaceable by a second spring and maintained to be angularly movable on the valve element and/or the regulator housing. Frustoconical surfaces are advantageously embodied on the closing element, the regulator housing and the valve element, so that the closing element can be centered on the conical seats. The springs are disposed parallel to each other, and the closing element is acted upon by a spring force in the closing direction and the valve element is acted upon by a spring force in the opening direction. The device is particularly suited for governing the idling rpm of a mixture-compressing, spark-ignition internal combustion engine by means of controlling the quantity of aspirated air flowing in a flow line to the engine.

    Abstract: An overpressure valve for a packaging container, which prevents air from the atmosphere from getting into the package and, in the case of gas-emitting material being packaged, reduces a resultant overpressure by venting gas. The overpressure includes a valve membrane stuck to a wall of the container on top of through holes. The membrane is secured to the wall with peripheral adhesive strips, leaving an adhesive-free zone above the through holes; the adhesive-free zone forms a valve member, and the congruent part of the wall forms a valve seat. The adhesive strips have a wedge shape, so that the transitional regions of the adhesive-free zone toward the adhesive strips, rest on the wall, and the raised peripheral regions form spacers for adjacent packages to permit operation of the overpressure valve while stacked one on the other.

    Abstract: A conveniently assembled positive connection of a magnetically operated valve with a housing block which will withstand high stresses. The housing block has a stepped locating bore which, as the bore depth increases, leads into an undercut. A valve body section has a smaller diameter than the bore in the housing and has a shape which is adapted to the locating bore which leaves a gap between the bore and the valve body section. A sleeve is pressed into the gap which fills the gap, and which engages in the region of the undercut. The sleeve which is subjected to a deforming action, fixes the magnetically operated valve and can withstand high stresses.

    Abstract: A known fuel injection valve that can be secured to a fuel distributor by rotating the fuel injection valve about a longitudinal valve axis. A first electrical contact element extends out of the valve housing, parallel to the longitudinal valve axis. Such fuel injection valves can be electrically contacted by a bank of contacts that can be mounted on the fuel distributor in a direction of the longitudinal valve axis. The novel fuel injection valve includes first electrical contact elements which extend radially outward. By rotating the fuel injection valve about its longitudinal valve axis, an electrically conductive connection can be made between first electrical contact elements and second electrical contact elements that electrically contact the connection in the fuel injection valve. In this way, a simple, very compact, safe and secure electrical contacting of the fuel injection valves is attained.

On the pressure side of a high-pressure pump that pumps pressure fluid through a line, a chamber of circular-cylindrical cross section is disposed in its course. Two line segments of the line discharge into the upper face end of the chamber. A guide body disposed coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the chamber is received in the chamber in the region of this face end. The guide body embodied substantially in the form of a circular disk, defines an annular gap toward the inside circumference of the chamber and a subchamber of the chamber toward the face end of the chamber. The guide body directs air located in the chamber into the subchamber, from which it is carried away by the flow of pressure fluid. The hydraulic brake system is especially suitable for motor vehicles.

    Abstract: Fuel injection valves have swirl-generating configurations in order to atomize the fuel as it passes through a narrow flow opening. The fuel injection valve of the invention includes a conduit segment leading to a cylindrical injection conduit. The conduit segment includes a conical widening section and, in the region of a wall of the conical widening section, a highly unstable separation zone is created as fuel passes through it. This zone builds up and collapses again periodically with relatively high frequency so that turbulence created along the wall of the ensuing injection conduit causes the stream surface to break down early as the fuel leaves an injection port; as a result, the stream has fine fuel droplets and nevertheless has a defined stream pattern so that properly aimed injection is made possible. The invention is intended in particular for fuel injection systems for internal combustion engines.
