Abstract: A communications terminal equipment according to the invention is a communications terminal equipment connected to a single communication circuit for use by a plurality of users, comprising an extension number database which is a first database, provided in a memory, a processor, and a speech output unit. Respective names of cataloged users of the communications terminal equipment and numbers corresponding to the respective names of the cataloged users are stored (cataloged) in the extension number database as cataloged extension numbers. The processor receives a designated cataloged extension number, as designated and inputted by a caller, and identify the name of a target call receiver by referring the designated cataloged extension number to the cataloged extension numbers in the extension number database.
Abstract: An embossed carrier tape includes a plurality of device pockets (device holes) in which electronic devices are held one by one; and support portions each of which is formed at a surrounding area of each of the device pockets. Abstract: A charge-pump phase-locked loop (CP-PLL) circuit with charge calibration. The CP-PLL circuit keeps the phase of an output clock signal constant in a “locked” condition, and includes a charge-pump circuit and a calibration circuit. The charge-pump circuit provides a charge-pump output current. The charge-pump circuit also includes a transistor configured to fine tune the charge-pump output current based on a calibrate voltage signal to eliminate a net charge delivered from the charge-pump output current. The calibration circuit senses the net charge and generates the calibrate voltage signal having a value in proportion to an amount of the net charge. Under control of the calibrate voltage signal, the charge-pump circuit cooperating with the transistor regulates the net charge to become exactly zero, thereby maintaining the phase of the output clock signal locked onto the phase of the reference clock signal.

The inverter is coupled to the dynamic driving voltage generator and the fluorescent lamp for outputting a lamp-driving voltage according to the dynamic driving voltage. Wherein, the lamp-driving voltage is used to drive the fluorescent lamp, the lamp-driving voltage is fed back to the dynamic driving voltage generator, and the dynamic driving voltage generator outputs the dynamic driving voltage according to the lamp-driving voltage.
Abstract: A power supply system includes a main power regulator, standby power regulator and automatic electronic switch. The main power regulator having a first rectifier outputs a first voltage signal to provide the main power. The standby power regulator having a second rectifier outputs a standby voltage signal to provide the standby power. The automatic electronic switch receives the standby voltage signal in response to a PSON (Power Supply ON) signal and outputs a second voltage signal to alternatively provide the main power.

The expansion module further has a processor to control the expansion module and transform data to fit each input/output interface requirement.
Abstract: An image forming apparatus an electrophotographic image forming section and a controller. The image forming section forms a toner image on a print medium. When a cumulative operation reaches a predetermined value, the controller causes the image forming section to form the toner image of a pattern image on the print medium. The pattern image is at least one of a number of pattern images aligned in an advance direction, the number of pattern images being increased in accordance with a cumulative print duty. The cumulative operation includes a number of print jobs, a number of printed pages, and a number of rotations of an image drum. The number of printed pages has a print duty less than a predetermined value.
Abstract: A device for recognizing power sources and associated method are provided. The device for recognizing power sources comprises two voltage-dividing devices. Each of the voltage-dividing devices is coupled to receive native power, and outputs the part of the voltage of the native power. According to the method, an output end of one voltage-dividing device is coupled to a signal end of the controller, and an output end of the other voltage-dividing device is coupled to the other signal end of the controller. When the native power exists, both of the above-mentioned signal ends are in a high voltage level. On the other hand, when native power does not exists, both of the above-mentioned signal ends are at a low voltage level. The power source of the hardware device and the value of the native power can be exactly recognized according to the voltage levels of both signal ends.
Abstract: A structure of table lamp applied in table lamps to provide electric power for lighting the bulb. Teflon wires extend from the circuit device under the base surface, into supporting tubes for connection with conduction heads, so forming the first section of circuit. Electric wires, which are installed in the soft slide rails in the left and the right of an extension tube that extends between the two supporting tubes, extend to the top of the extension tube to pin joint with a bulb under the lampshade, so forming the second section of circuit. With up-and-down movements of the extension tube, the electric wires contact conductuction heads to form a galvanic circle. Therefore, inconvenience and complication of structure design are effectively reduced, and simplified structure and convenience of assembly and production are reached to improve the total productivity.

Abstract: A road vehicle communication method allows bothway communication to be held between a mobile station, which sends a request for an information service and receives it, and a central base station and local base stations located at a roadside for sending the information service to the mobile station. The central base station and the local base stations use optical fibers in part of the transmission path thereof for the bothway communication and perform at least one of electric-to-optical conversion and optical-to-electric conversion. The mobile station is caused to send the request for an information service beforehand. In response to the request, the local base station covering the mobile station expected to receive the information service is estimated. When the mobile station lies in a service area to which the local base station estimated is assigned, a control station is caused to provide the mobile station with information corresponding to the information service requested.

The memory cell is characterized in that the programmable layer has a maximum width substantially larger than the boundary widths between the programmable layer and the source/drain regions. The programmable layer comprises a trapping dielectric layer inserted between two insulator layers, and the trapping dielectric preferably comprises a nitride or an oxide having buried polysilicon islands.
Abstract: A thin film resonator having enhanced performance and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The thin film resonator includes a supporting means, a first electrode, a dielectric layer and a second electrode. The supporting means has several posts and a supporting layer formed on the posts. The first electrode, the dielectric layer and the second electrode are successively formed on the supporting layer. The thin film resonator is exceptionally small and can be highly integrated, and the thickness of the dielectric layer of the resonator can be adjusted to achieve the integration of multiple bands including radio, intermediate and low frequencies. Also, the thin film resonator can minimize interference and has ideal dimensions because of its compact substrate, making the thin film resonator exceptionally small, yet comprising a three-dimensional, floating construction.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a cylinder, includes a step of inserting a cored bar 2 into piping material 1 having a reduced inner radius at one end and supporting the end of the cored bar with the reduced radius section of the piping material 1. The method also includes rotating the piping material 1 and the cored bar 2, displacing the piping material 1 in an axial direction while passively rotating at least one roller 3 compressing the outer periphery of the piping material 1 and applying a spinning operation to the piping material while pressuring and retaining the piping material between the cored bar 2 and the roller 3. Thus the thickness of the middle section of the piping material is made less than the thickness of the end sections by moving the roller into a position closer to the cored bar in the middle section than in the end sections of the piping material. In this manner, processing of the cylinder can be effectively performed without wastage of the material thereof.
