Abstract: An electrically heated sauna oven comprising a housing, a number of stone elements, particularly soap rock elements, and electric resistor elements, and the electric power supplied therein is controlled by means of a control unit. The stone elements are slabs mutually alike slabs of a regular shape, which are adjacently attached to the housing. The housing is formed of a plate-like underlay, which is vertically attached to the sauna wall. The electric resistor elements are fitted inside each stone element.
Abstract: The invention relates to CCD Si detector configuration with a semiconductor sensibilizator. The spectral range of the detectors extends from 0.4 .mu.m to 1.6 .mu.m. The CCD Si detector configuration is produced as integrated structure so that a large picture element number can be achieved. The semiconductor layer sequence of the semiconductor sensibilizator is grown using differential molecular beam epitaxial growth techniques.

Abstract: A heat treatment device for the conversion of gaseous test samples into constituents determinable by a detector provides the possibility of obtaining the desired pyrolysis products even during the sampling, then feeding them directly to the detector. The device has a small structural shape, and is able to be carried and used easily and operated independently of an external energy supply. The heat treatment device is connectable to a number of different detectors. A container 1 through which the test gas can flow is provided with a chemical filler 5, 7, 8 capable of an exothermic reaction, and with a starter 4 initiating the reaction.
Abstract: The invention relates to a connector bank for conductors, in particular of telecommunication and data systems, comprising a bank body 6 with at least one line of insulation displacement contacts 4 provided with contact slots 5 for the conductors 7.According to the invention, there is provided for connecting shielded cables 22 a shield connecting element 1 consisting of a U-shaped, bent sheet piece 2, the legs 3 of which are insertable into the contact slots 5 of two insulation displacement contact elements 4 and the base 17 of which is provided with a shield connecting contact 19 for connecting the shield cable 21 of the cables 22, the spacing of the legs 3 corresponding at least to twice the spacing of two adjacent insulation displacement contact elements 4.
Abstract: For a potentiostatically operable, polarographic-amperometric sensor, in particular for biomedical use, wherein a working electrode (5) and a reference electrode (4) are covered by an electrolyte layer (9) which is separated from the medium to be measured by a semipermeable membrane (8), the invention proposes to provide the counter electrode (6) in the form of an external electrode which--for example--can be an outer metal coating surrounding the sensor chip (2) in a three electrode system fabricated as micro-sensor with the integrated technique, and which can be made--for example--of a stainless steel material or of a conductive plastics material.

Abstract: The invention relates to a circuit assembly comprising a block-shaped mount adapted to be equipped with aligned rows of electromagnetically operated fluid power valve-like components, said assembly having internal connection ducts, which on the one hand communicate with the components and the on the other with ducts of a manifold mounted on one of the two end faces of the mount. The block-shaped mount is adapted to be fitted with components on two opposite side faces and there is an electronic circuit board running generally parallel to the direction of the rows of components at a right angle to the side faces of the mount fitted with the components. For making a direct electrical connection between the electronic circuit board and the components gripping terminals are placed on the surface of the electronic circuit board facing towards the block-shaped mount for cooperation with the contact plugs on the components.
Abstract: A colorimetric test tube having a colorimetric indication which includes a simple detection system for testing gases dissolved in liquids. The test tube has an indicator for the colorimetric indication of gaseous substances to be detected and it has an opening covered against the environment to be tested with a hydrophobic membrane which is permeable to the substances whose presence is to be detected and which can be used for indicating the presence of gases dissolved in liquids. The membrane is advantageously sealed with a covering which dissolves upon immersion of the test tube in a liquid.
Abstract: The articulated arm of a laser equipment comprises at least an articulation with a corresponding mirror in a fixed and non-adjustable position with respect to said articulation. At least one of the sections of the articulated arm converging into said articulation is engaged with the articulation in an angularly adjustable manner. In this way, with an angular adjustment of said arm section a perfect alignment of the laser beam in the tubular arm can be achieved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a procedure for the perfusion of body cavities with a fluid led from a dispenser reservoir 3 via a perfusion line 10 and a medical instrument 6. Pump 4 is connected with the perfusion line 10, a pressure sensor 5 is connected between pump 4 and medical instrument 6 to perfusion line 10, and an adjustment and measurement electronic system 12 is connected to pressure sensor 5 and pump 4.To build up, maintain, and measure as precisely as possible a preselected and precisely determined pressure in the body cavity, according to the invention the adjustment and measurement electronic system 12 determines the actual pressure in body cavity 1 by evaluating the pressure P.sub.IST measured by pressure sensor 5, the volume flow V supplied by pump 4, and the conductance G of the perfusion line 9 between pressure sensor 5 and instrument 6 and conductance G of instrument 6, and the pressure P.sub.SOLL in body cavity 1 is maintained constant at preset level P.sub.
Abstract: A topical preparation of danazol comprising a matrix base, danazol retained therein, and optionally a release-promoting agent is provided. The topical preparation is more effective than oral administration of danazol in the shrinkage of endometriosis tissue, the induction of pregnancy, and the like. It does not show any side effects that have been encountered in the oral administration of danazol. Thus, the preparation is very useful remedy for endometriosis.
Abstract: The prior-art CO.sub.2 adsorbent masses used in oxygen-supplying respirators have the disadvantage that they can be granulated only very poorly. The granules have low strength and a tendency to dusting. The goal of the present invention is to produce harder granules which do not give rise to dusting any longer. This is achieved according to the present invention by adding an alkali salt of an oxo acid, preferably sodium hexametaphosphate, to the calcium hydroxide paste prior to the granulation. The present invention is not limited to this salt, but it is also possible to use alkali salts or other oxo acids, such as orthophosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hypermanganic acid, chromic acid, and vanadic acid. This leads to a substantial increase in the strength to the calcium hydroxide granules without any reduction of their CO.sub.2 binding capacity.
