Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to decode prediction information of a block in a current picture from a coded video bitstream. The prediction information indicates an affine model in an inter prediction mode. The processing circuitry is configured to determine motion vectors of control points of the block according to the affine model. The processing circuitry is configured to determine a motion vector of a sub-block of the block from the determined motion vectors of the control points, one of a width and a height of the sub-block being less than 4. Further, the processing circuitry is configured to reconstruct at least a sample of the sub-block according to the determined motion vector.

Abstract: A method for providing device support to a user using an augmented reality (AR) interface includes establishing, by a computer system, a real-time communication session streaming audio and video between (i) a local application executing on a local user device and (ii) a remote application executing a remote user device. The method further includes transmitting, via the real-time communication session, images depicting equipment captured by the local application. Annotations to the images are received from the remote application. Each annotation is anchored to user-selected positions on the equipment. The annotations are presented on the remote user device overlaid on the equipment at the user-selected positions. The real-time communication session is used to transmit audio or video instructional information related to the equipment and referencing the annotations. The computing system stores a new session record that includes the images, the annotations, and the audio or video instructional information.
Abstract: A system, includes at least one processor; and at least one memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to receive an order to execute a trade of at least one transactional item associated with a first account, wherein the order, the first account, and a second account are associated with a common identifier; generate a first transaction to transfer the at least one transactional item from the first account to the second account; generate a second transaction that includes the order; verify that the first transaction was authorized by a same party as the second transaction; and authorize placement of the order on an exchange if the first transaction was authorized by the same party as the second transaction.

The bridge provides feedback to the person while a shooting motion is being executed, thereby promoting consistency in the person's shooting form.
Abstract: A structure which is resistant to corrosion at high temperatures comprises a layer of ruthenium and/or ruthenium alloy and a layer of a refractory metal having a high strength at high temperatures, such as rhenium. Further, the structure may include a layer of ceramic such as zirconia or hafnia on the exposed face of the ruthenium layer. Alternative embodiments of the present invention include a catalyst formed from a low strength support structure with a first metal layer and a second ruthenium catalytic layer on top of the first metal layer. Another alternative embodiment of the present invention includes the formation of high purity ruthenium electrodes that are resistant to corrosion at high temperatures.

Abstract: A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. An integrated actuator housing is operationally coupled to the shift actuator and a linear clutch actuator. The linear clutch actuator is a self-adjusting actuator, and the transmission includes a self-adjusting clutch.
Abstract: The disclosure provides a cross-linkable polymer composition, a core layer for an information carrying card comprising such cross-linked composition, resulting information carrying card, and methods of making the same. A crosslinkable polymer composition comprises a curable base polymer resin in a liquid or paste form, and a particulate thermoplastic filler. The base polymer resin is selected from the group consisting of urethane acrylate, silicone acrylate, epoxy acrylate, urethane, acrylate, silicone and epoxy. The particulate thermoplastic filler may be polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a copolymer of vinyl chloride and at least another monomer, or a polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a compound or blend thereof.
Abstract: The present disclosure describes an adapter for mounting pole top mounts to a square mounting pole. A square pole adapter kit includes two threaded rods and two adapters. Each adapter includes a main body, top and bottom members, and a pair of flanges. The top and bottom members of the adapters include triangular recesses that are sized and configured to receive a corner of a square mounting pole.
