Abstract: First and second electronic devices each include an insulating package embedding a chip of semiconductor material which integrates at least one electronic component. Each insulating package has a mounting surface for mounting the respective electronic device on a substrate and an opposite free surface. A heatsink is fixed to the free surfaces through respective first and second base portions. A connection element is configured to connect the first base portion to the second base portion. The heatsink also includes, for each electronic device, at least one stabilizing element extending from the respective base portion to make contact with a substrate to which the mounting surfaces of the first and second electronic devices are attached.
Abstract: Embodiment for forming an aggregate signal from a plurality of starting signals, comprising: acquiring said starting signals through respective sensors of a homogeneous sensors group; converting acquired signals in respective digital signals having data represented with a predetermined bits number; processing the digital signals to form aggregate signal. Abstract: A DC-DC converter independently supplies electrical loads. For each load, an output load signal is compared to a reference to generate a result indicating a need to supply the respective electrical load. A first detection is made as to whether a first electrical load needs to be supplied and a second detection is made as to whether any remaining electrical loads need to be supplied. The first electrical load is supplied if the first detection is positive and the second detection is negative.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for determining the perceptibility of noise in a block of images and/or video. The systems and methods may compute a mask value for the block using a block masking generator. The mask value may indicate the perceptibility of noise in the block. The mask value may be computed using a normalized activity value and/or a texture value for the block. The normalized activity value may indicate the relative activity in the block as compared to the activity in the image and/or video. The texture value may indicate the strength and/or number of edges in the block.
Abstract: A method for improving the perception of an image may include performing a main separation of the pixels of the image into two categories, one corresponding to pixels of a flat zone, and the other corresponding to pixels of a textured zone. The method may also include processing the pixels of each category according to a method optimized according to the type of zone. Before the main separation step, a preliminary separation of the pixels may be performed into one category of normal pixels intended for the main separation step, and one category of singular pixels, with the criterion for selecting the singular pixels being adapted to identify pixels that would be wrongly identified as pixels of a textured zone. The singular pixels may then be processed according to a method adapted to their nature.
Abstract: An authentication method of a first module by a second module includes the steps of generating a first random datum by the second module to be sent to the first module, generating a first number by the first module starting from the first datum and by way of a private key, and generating a second number by the second module to be compared with the first number, so as to authenticate the first module. The step of generating the second number is performed starting from public parameters and is independent of the step of generating the first number.
