Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for swinging power generation and vibration suppression by using arc-shaped wing plates with rough surfaces. The device consists of two parts, namely, a rotary swinging system and a collector system. The rotary swinging system includes a collector riser, steering bearings, nanometer material arc-shaped power generation wing plates, and flexible tail plates. The collector system includes telescopic power generation cylinders, a waterproof electric slip ring, and a waterproof power transmission line. The suppression of energy-consumption-free vortex-induced vibration is realized under the combined action that the nanometer material arc-shaped power generation wing plates divide a flowing space and adjust a flow direction, the nanometer material arc-shaped power generation wing plates drive the flexible tail plates to swing to destroy a tail vortex street, and hemispherical bulges and trumpet-shaped deflector holes disturb a boundary layer around flow.

Abstract: An automatic nut tapping equipment is provided. The automatic nut tapping equipment includes a tap rotating mechanism, a nut clamping mechanism, an axial transmission mechanism, and a nut placing slot. The tap rotating mechanism includes a tap rotary motor and a tap, wherein the tap is driven by the tap rotary motor. The nut clamping mechanism includes a clamping assembly and a sliding rail, wherein the clamping assembly is disposed on the sliding rail and is configured for clamping a to-be-tapped nut to restrict the to-be-tapped nut from rotating. The axial transmission mechanism controls the clamping assembly to axially translate one pitch in response to the tap rotating one revolution, such that a forward nut-tapping motion and a backward nut-retracting motion are performed by the nut clamping mechanism. The nut placing slot is configured to arrange and control the dropping of another to-be-tapped nut.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a functionalized separator having a zwitterionic coating thereon. The method includes preparing a porous separator; coating a linker on a surface of the porous separator; and chemically reacting zwitterions with the linker such the zwitterions are grafted to the linker on the surface of the separator. The zwitterions grafted to the linker acts as a monolayer to functionalize the surface of the separator. The functionalized separator may disallow elution of polysulfide compound in a lithium-sulfur battery. Further, the functionalized separator may increase ion conductivity of electrolyte of the lithium-sulfur battery and thus ensure high output characteristics.
