Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for identifying a carrier motion mode based on a time-domain differential characteristic. Firstly, a difference operation is performed on data to obtain a difference sequence, and then sign, progressive multiplication, and accumulation operations are performed on the difference sequence, and finally thresholds are set to determine an accumulation sequence, so as to obtain a carrier motion mode. All operations involved in this method are performed in time domain, and the method has the advantages of simple algorithm, good real-time performance, accurate determination, and strong robustness.

  • Publication number: 20210242415
Abstract: A sensor including a layer of amorphous selenium (a-Se) and at least one charge blocking layer is formed by depositing the charge blocking layer over a substrate prior to depositing the amorphous selenium, enabling the charge blocking layer to be formed at elevated temperatures. Such process is not limited by the crystallization temperature of a-Se, resulting in the formation of an efficient charge blocking layer, which enables improved signal amplification of the resulting device. The sensor can be fabricated by forming first and second amorphous selenium layers over separate substrates, and then fusing the a-Se layers at a relatively low temperature.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a functionalized separator having a zwitterionic coating thereon. The method includes preparing a porous separator; coating a linker on a surface of the porous separator; and chemically reacting zwitterions with the linker such the zwitterions are grafted to the linker on the surface of the separator. The zwitterions grafted to the linker acts as a monolayer to functionalize the surface of the separator. The functionalized separator may disallow elution of polysulfide compound in a lithium-sulfur battery. Further, the functionalized separator may increase ion conductivity of electrolyte of the lithium-sulfur battery and thus ensure high output characteristics.
