    Abstract: Disclosed is an ultrasonic electronic cigarette atomizer. An atomizer shell, an atomization piece and a liquid guide structure are arranged in the atomizer. Both of the atomization piece and the heating body are in contact with the liquid guide structure, and both of the heating body and an atomization surface of the atomization piece communicate with an airflow passage, and a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the heating body are respectively connected with one end and the other end of a power supply. The heating body can not only quickly heat the tobacco tar to approach to its atomization temperature, but also can transfer a part of heat to the atomization piece, so that the atomization piece atomizes the tobacco tar quickly, shortening the atomization time.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a semiconductor structure and method of forming the structure. The structure includes a field effect transistor (FET) with a channel region between source/drain regions that extend through a semiconductor layer and into an insulator layer, that include a first portion in the insulator layer, and a second portion on the first portion in the semiconductor layer and, optionally, extending above the semiconductor layer. The first portion is relatively wide, includes a shallow section below the second portion, and a deep section adjacent to the channel region and overlayed by the semiconductor layer. The uniquely shaped first portion boosts saturation current to be boosted to allow the height of the second portion to be reduced to minimize overlap capacitance. Optionally, each source/drain region includes multiple semiconductor materials including a stress-inducing semiconductor material grown laterally from the semiconductor layer to improve charge carrier mobility in the channel region.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing a Fe-doped MoS2 nano-material, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a ferric salt and ammonium tetrathiomolybdate in DMF and reacting at 180-200° C. for 6-24 hrs to obtain a Fe-doped MoS2 nano-material. The present invention also provides a Fe-doped MoS2 nano-material supported by nickel foam, which includes a nickel foam substrate and the Fe-doped MoS2 nano-material loaded on the nickel foam substrate. Furthermore, the present invention also provides a preparation method and use of the above materials. In the invention, the desired product can be obtained by a one-pot solvothermal reaction, and thus the operation is simple. There is no need to introduce a surfactant for morphological control during the preparation process, and the resulting product has a clean surface and is easy to wash.

The first width difference is different than the second width difference, i.e., amongst transistors in the different regions. The different gate dielectric widths improve control of overlap capacitance of the transistors without increasing dopants or an annealing temperature.
