A plurality of protrusions protruding upwards are provided at the application member accommodating portion of the lid. The application member is placed to be in contact with an upper surface of the protrusions in the application member accommodating portion. A first air storage portion is formed between the application member and a bottom surface of the lid.

A plurality of through-holes are formed at the bottom side of the scraper tray. The scraper is formed at one side of each through-hole and bends in a direction to the pressed powder case. In comparison with a typical cosmetic case, the scraper tray of the cosmetic case in accordance with an embodiment of the present device has an improved scraping effect.
