Abstract: A pair of undershorts is provided with a removable liner. The liner is generally rectangular in shape and includes a sidewardly extending flap intermediate two spaced first and second ends of the liner. Each end of the liner is attached adjacent the waistband of the undershorts with one end being attached to the front of the shorts and the other end being attached to the back of the shorts with the liner draping down to follow the curve of the undershorts and overlie the crotch of the undershorts. The flap extends out through one leg hole of the undershorts to wrap around a portion of the crotch and then passes back in through the other leg hole of the undershorts to be detachably secured to the liner. Alternatively, two sidewardly extending flaps could be used with each flap passing out through one leg hole and passing only partway over a portion of the crotch.

Abstract: The invention relates to an item of clothing, especially disposable clothing for use once only, with at least one essentially inelastic layer (12) of a soft, flexible and plastic material and a layer (11) of elastic material which extends over at least a partial region of the inelastic layer (12) and is secured thereto to form an elastic component (10). In order to be able to make the elastic component in such an item of clothing easily, there is a plurality of incisions (14) in the inelastic layer (12) in the region of the elastic layer (11) which do not penetrate the elastic layer. The elastic layer may thus also contain absorbent materials.

Abstract: This invention pertains to a three dimensional disposable garment, subassemblies of the garment, and apparatus and methods for making the garment and subassemblies. The garment is designed to hold a primary absorbent sanitary pad. The garment may have elasticized leg and waist openings and be stretchable about the hip and stomach regions of a user. The garment provides backup protection to control egress of fluids that leak or seep around or through the primary sanitary pad. The garment includes a secondary absorbent positioned in the crotch area and extending into the body of the disposable garment, front and back, and preferably over the leg elastics to trap, inside the garment, leakage from the primary absorbent, and to prevent strike through onto e.g. outer clothing and bed linen.

Abstract: A male anti-dysfunction male brief includes a male brief with an opening formed in a front thereof. The opening is formed in the male brief below the junction of the top of the penis with the abdomen. The male brief is preferably fabricated from a synthetic material with elastic properties. The top of the opening in the male brief is preferably reinforced. The remainder of the perimeter may also be reinforced. A modified male brief may also be fabricated by attaching an elastic material to a non-elastic brief in an area above the top of the opening. The remainder of the perimeter in the non-elastic brief may also be reinforced. In use, the opening in the brief is pulled up and slipped over the penis a few minutes before anticipated sexual activity. The force exerted by the elastic brief or the elastic material on the top of the penis at the abdomen is sufficient to decrease the blood flow leaving the penis.

Abstract: An adaptive undergarment is provided for persons with specialized urological needs. The adaptive undergarment provides an elongate pocket for storing specialized urological articles. The elongate pocket is located preferably in a parallel spaced relationship with the waistband of the user's undergarment. The adaptive undergarment may have an additional pocket elsewhere on the undergarment for storing items such as antibacterial wipes. Each pocket is open at one edge to receive and provide access to the stored items. Any type of undergarment conforming to any user's specialized urological needs is adaptable into this adaptive undergarment.

Abstract: A panty having a front panel, a back panel, and a crotch section positioned between the front and back panels. The front and back panels are constructed from at least a first yarn type, as the crotch section is constructed from the first yarn type and an integrated second yarn type that is pretreated with a chlorinated phenoxy antimicrobial composition to kill and inhibit the growth of bacteria and yeast. The panty is formed in an operation that seamlessly integrates the front panel, crotch section, and back panel.

Abstract: Men's pants (shorts or briefs) have a Y type separation band (2) or a U type separation band (22) inside thereof together with separation pads (7, 77) to separate the testicles from the body, the penis from the testicles, and the penis from both hips. Complete separation around the male genitals is achieved without effort by wearing these pants. A penis band (3) formed with an elastic band (4, 44) and clips (5, 55) is sewn to a center part of a waist band (6) in an I shape. A penis hole (14) can be adjusted by moving the two clips (5, 55) up and down according to the individual location and size of the penis (101). A lower part (88) below the clip (5) helps to increase separation between the testicles and the penis.

This opening, 4, allows for the insertion of a catheter. The second opening, is an access panel, 1, which is opened by pulling back a long vertical strip of Velcro.RTM., 3, attached to a corresponding strip of oppositely mated Velcro.RTM., 2, which horizontally extends partially across one front side. The patient is able to retain a high degree of modesty and dignity, when the catheter is attended to by medical personnel. Since the catheter is secured, in a straight pathway, there is a decreased likelihood the patient will develop secondary medical complications like urinary tract infections, discomfort and irritation associated with a catheter which is not properly secured.

The privacy accessory 10 includes a cover member 20 dimensioned to cover the buttocks area of the patient and a pair of strap members 30 dimensioned to encircle the user's torso beneath the hospital gown 100 and position the cover member 20 over the buttocks area of the patient.

The other end of the body has fastening devices that attach them to the belt opposite the pouch to form a conventional-looking swimsuit. Detaching the clips, folding up the body and inserting it into the pouch(es) gives a compact arrangement of a belt with a small pouch attached to it. For use by females, an upper body cover has a belt for encircling the body and two patches for covering the breasts. Each patch is provided with its own storage compartment into which it can be stowed after being folded.

The support package consists of a semi-rigid but flexible open grid panel of plastic material which is in contact with an upper surface of the support band. A sheet of soft padding is wrapped around the panel and the support band so as to form a package.

Two of the four webs are aligned in a side by side orientation. The side edges of the two webs are bonded together, defining a first composite web. The remaining two webs are aligned in a side by side orientation. The side edges of the two remaining webs are bonded together, defining a second composite web. The first and second composite webs are aligned together in a face to face orientation, defining an arrangement having two layers of fabric and two top side edges and two bottom side edges. The composite webs are intermittently bonded in an alternating orientation near the center of the webs. The interior portion of fabric is removed, defining a cavity. One pair of side edges are folded and bonded together. The other pair of side edges are folded and bonded together.

The inventive device includes a main garment member having a top waist opening, and a pair of spaced apart leg openings. The main garment member has a genital opening located at the front of the main garment member. A cover panel having an outer opening is coupled to the main garment member. The cover panel is positioned on the front of the main garment member such that the cover member covers the genital opening of the main garment member. The cover panel and the front of the main garment member defining a genital space between them. The cover panel also has a pair elongate ducts extending along them with each the duct having opposite upper and lower openings.

Abstract: A special woman's under garment is provided. The under garment comprises a flexible half slip body that is worn around the waist, and covers the thighs and sometimes the knees. The under garment further comprises a flexible separator panel that is supported by the half slip body between the thighs. This way it prevents contact and thus friction of one pantyhose segment against another. Further, the panel is preferably made from friction reducing material, which thereby reduces friction between the panel and each of the pantyhose segments.

The thickness of each of the buttock pads gradually decreases outwardly from a maximum thickness at the central zone to a minimum thickness at the outermost peripheral edge. Each of the buttock pads are independently stabilized in one of a range of selectively adjusted positions relative to the respective buttock of the wearer.

Abstract: A figure enhancing garment, which outlines and defines a wearer's body contours in a comfortable manner, includes a pair of pants having first and second pant leg portions, a front panel portion, and a waistband with a tunnel formed therein. The first and second pant leg portions are attached to the front panel portion via first and second interconnected tunnel seams that extend divergently from the crotch area and interconnect with the waistband tunnel. A third tunnel seam interconnects with the first and second tunnel seams and the waistband tunnel while extending upwardly from the crotch portion to the waistband. An adjustable pulley system extends through the waistband tunnel and the first, second and third tunnel seams to adjust the fit of the figure enhancing garment. Alternatively, the first and second seams are simple seams without tunnels.

Abstract: A quick-attach absorbent pad 14 for use with a panty 10 is provided with an upper surface 16 and a lower surface 18, the pad 14 being sized to fit against a crotch panel 12 of a panty 10 with the lower surface 18 of the pad 14 adjacent the crotch panel 12. The pad 14 further includes a plurality of hook fasteners 20 associated with the pad lower surface 18, which enables the pad 14 to be readily attached to the undergarment 10, and which prevents the pad 14 from shifting during use. Also provided is a panty 10 having a thin yet absorbent crotch panel 12. In a preferred embodiment of the panty 10, the crotch panel 12 includes a fluid absorbent layer 38 overlying a fluid barrier 40. The fluid absorbent layer 38 preferably is made of a single-ply fabric having a hydrophobic upper surface 42 facing toward the user and a hydrophilic lower surface 44 facing away from the user.

Abstract: Personal sanitary thigh wraps provide protection from transmission of fluid-borne germs by preventing contact between a toilet seat and the user's bare skin. A thigh wrap is placed around the circumference of each thigh, and the overlapping edges of the wrap are fastened at the front of the thigh with an adhesive material to minimize the chance of contact between the user's hands and the potentially soiled portion of the wrap. After use, the wrap can be either flushed or disposed in a conventional waste disposal container. The thigh wraps are preferably made of a moisture impermeable material to prevent absorption of urine or fecal matter through the wrap.

The patch is attached to the portion from the vicinity of the back center of the lower part of a buttock obliquely upward to the side direction of the main body, wherein the part covering at least a buttock part of the main body comprises a stretchable fabric containing an elastic fiber and the stretchable patch comprises a stretchable fabric which substantially does not contain an elastic fiber.

Abstract: This invention is long john underwear made for those persons who usually wear supportive type shorts. The undergarment snugs the tops of oversize long john leg covers to the hip joints of the wearer, thus each leg cover has an additional hold. The oversize leg covers permit the upward seating of the hip cover panel and the fly/crotch panel. The leg covers, hip cover and fly/crotch are relaxed non-resilient panels that are held in place by resilient waistband, elastic leg opening welts and ankle cuffs. The tops of the leg cover panels are separated by the crotch of the fly/crotch panel and seat of the hip cover panel.

At least one movable pressure bearing insert (32) is formed for positioning between the elastic panel (30) and the lower torso region (31) at a plurality of positions along the elastic panel (30). The elastic panel (30) cooperates with an apex portion (33) or small area side of the pressure bearing insert (32) to exert substantial localized point pressure on a relatively small area of the torso region (31) for mitigation of menstrual cramping.

Abstract: A pair of pants with two waistbands includes pants defining a first waistband. A second waistband is made substantially of a material having elastic properties. Abstract: At the front waistband of a feminine undergarment, a clip holding band is equipped by sewing horizontal and vertical threads in a grid form, and below the clip holding band, a date portion is located in which numerals and heart shapes are printed in two lines. Both edges of the clip holding band are designed to be sewn as to extend from the date portion. At first, a gold heart-shaped clip is hooked on the right end portion and a silver heart-shaped clip is hooked on the left end of the clip holding band with a vertical pin and a horizontal pin. Moving the clip on to the clip holding band above the date of the date portion below and allowing the vertical pin tip end to protrude from the clip holding band enables the clip to indicate the date below. This enables the recording of the date when the period began and allows for the computation of the time until the next period begins.
