Abstract: A leveler table includes a plate with a flat top work surface that is level in all planes, by locating a circular level recessed within the center of the plate, so that the level indicator of the circular level is in horizontal alignment with the top work surface. By locating the circular level in the middle of the plate, at the same horizontal level as the work surface, this leveler table provides accuracy and repeatability for use of the flat top work surface in manufacturing steps, particularly the forming of parts where repeatability is necessary, such as the in situ forming of an automotive windshield sensor pad in an open ended package supported on the flat top surface.

These methods are useful for preparing dried pellets having a high concentration of a desired biological material, in particular a therapeutic protein or vaccine, and which have a faster reconstitution time than lyophilized powder cakes prepared in vials.

All impurities (not including the desired dopant(s)) are present at a combined impurity content of less than 0.7 wt. %. A remainder can include Al2O3. The selection of dopants can allow for better control over the visual appearance of the sintered ceramic component, reduces the presence of undesired impurities that may adversely affect another part of an apparatus, or both. The addition of the dopant(s) can help to improve the sintering characteristics and density as compared to a sintered ceramic component that includes the material with no dopant and a relatively low impurity content.
