Abstract: A support assembly for a data display monitor. The support assembly utilizes a base frame that can be placed on a flat working surface. A hub is connected to the base frame and is free to rotate about a vertical axis. At least one support arm is provided. Each support arm is connected to the hub with a first hinge connection. Each support arm also connects to a mounting plate with a second hinge connection. The second hinge connection enables the mounting plate to rotate at least ninety degrees through a range of motion. The mounting plate is attached to the data display monitor. As the mounting plate moves through its range of motion, the data display monitor moves with the mounting plate. The data display monitor can therefore be moved through the range of motion between a vertical orientation and a horizontal orientation.

In one embodiment, one or more steps in a workflow are determined to invoke a request to an external computing system. Availability information for the external computing system is determined. The external computing system is detected to be potentially unavailable before a request within a workflow is submitted via an application programming interface (API) for processing by the external computing system. An indication is provided that an integration with the external computing system is unavailable in response to detecting that the external computing system is potentially unavailable.

Abstract: A method for identifying a wallet address associated with a virtual asset service provider is provided. The method comprises receiving a target wallet address, obtaining a transaction of a virtual asset associated with the target wallet address, obtaining a list of a plurality of known wallet addresses of virtual asset service providers (VASPs) and identifying a type of the target wallet address, by performing at least one of a cold wallet determination routine and a hot wallet determination routine for the target wallet address, based on the transaction and the list of known wallet addresses of the VASPs.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method and system for routing payment transactions of a payment account. After the payment transaction is initiated, a payment server identifies flag information from the payment request indicating a payment account to be multi-configurable. When the payment server identifies that the payment request is from the POS device, the payment server retrieves primary configuration details corresponding to the payment account from a routing service and routes the payment transaction for the payment request to an issuer corresponding to the primary configuration details. Further, when the payment server identifies that the payment request is from a payment gateway, the payment server retrieves a list of names of configuration details corresponding to the payment account from the routing service for selection.

Abstract: A method for delivering to a user a dedicated service restricted to a predefined service area includes, performing an access request to a dedicated service. The dedicated service is delivered from a server through a data network between a user device and the server. The method also includes determining a service profile associated with the user, and assigning to the user device a dedicated communication channel for the dedicated service. The method further includes starting a communication session with the server through the data network according to the assigned dedicated communication channel, and performing an authentication request to the server. If the service authenticates the user successfully, the position of the user is obtained, and the dedicated service is delivered to the user device.

Abstract: Embodiments provide for systems and methods related to kiosks for personalizing a packaged article. The kiosks may also be used for storage, inventory management, retrieval, packaging, and/or personalization of packaged articles. The kiosks discussed herein differ from non-kiosk personalization systems, such as personalization systems installed on a factory or warehouse floor, in that the kiosks are self-contained personalization systems. In some embodiments, the kiosks are portable and can be moved between different sites or events. This portability allows the kiosks to personalize packaged articles for concerts, festivals, conventions, trade shows, and the like.

The authorization process can include receiving a verification of the user, such as a fingerprint scan or passcode. In some examples, a payment account is selected from among available payment accounts. In some examples, an indication is displayed of a digital item associated with a purchased item. In some examples, a payment transaction is initiated with participants of an ongoing communication. In some examples, an application of a retailer is invoked based on the availability of the application. In some examples, a purchase recommendation is provided.

Abstract: A point-of-sale system is a dual-screen stand assembly that includes a merchant terminal and a consumer terminal. The merchant terminal and the consumer terminal can be mated together in a fixed position to form a single unitary stand, or can be separated from each other in a separated position with each terminal serving as its own separate stand. The merchant terminal supports a merchant computing device and is oriented in a merchant-facing direction. The consumer terminal is detachably mated to the merchant terminal and supports a consumer computing device that is oriented in a consumer-facing direction. The point-of-sale system also includes a card reader as part of the customer terminal to perform a payment. The card reader is configured to accepting swipe cards, chip cards or contactless (EMV or NFC) payments.

The system includes a RFID reader and a portable communication device. The RFID reader reads at least one of the product designation RFID tag and the at least one location designation RFID tag and the portable communication device receives product information from and transmits product information to an asset tracking and management device. The RFID reader transmits product information read from the product designation RFID tag and the location information read from the location designation RFID tags to the portable communication device. The portable communication device, in turn, transmits the received product information and location information to the asset tracking device and queries the asset tracking device for additional product and location information.

Abstract: An automation computer can receive a set of instructions pertaining to a transaction. The automation computer can generate a request to generate and activate a virtual account, where the virtual account is associated with a transaction value and a transaction amount. The virtual account can be managed by an authorization computer that can load a transaction value onto the virtual account in an amount equal to the transaction amount. The authorization computer managing both issuer and acquirer functionality in a transaction settlement can settle the transaction rapidly using the loaded virtual account by depositing the transaction value associated with the virtual account directly into an account of a resource provider.

Abstract: Certain aspects of a method and system for communicating location of a mobile device for hands-free payment may include a peer-to-peer ad-hoc network that comprises a plurality of mobile devices, a plurality of access points, and a plurality of point of sale (POS) devices. A first mobile device may determine its location coordinates and communicate them to a selected POS device via the peer to peer ad-hoc network. At least one of the plurality of mobile devices and/or the plurality of access points may be within a defined proximity of the selected POS device. In some instances, the first POS device may receive via one or more intermediate mobile devices in the peer-to-peer ad-hoc network, location coordinates and payment transaction information of a selected mobile device. At least one of the intermediate mobile devices maybe within a defined proximity of the first POS device.

Abstract: Systems and methods that facilitate a mobile wallet splitting payments to an invoice between multiple payment accounts are disclosed herein. The mobile wallet can receive an invoice, and then select a set of payment accounts to each pay a portion of the invoice. The mobile wallet can send the payment information to a point of sale device, indicating that the payment include multiple payments from different payment accounts. The point of sale device can then process the multiple payments, either sequentially, or in parallel. In an embodiment, the mobile wallet can receive partial payments from other mobile wallets for the invoice, collect the payments together, and send the payment information at once to the point of sale device for the set of mobile wallets.

Abstract: An unmanned delivery system includes a merchandise collection point, vehicle waiting areas, a management center that manages the inventory status of individual pieces of goods in the merchandise collection points and the status of unmanned delivery vehicles at the vehicle waiting areas. A network connects the collection point, the vehicle waiting area, and the management center. The management center selects, based on product order information, the collection point and the vehicle waiting area in accordance with the inventory status of the ordered item and the location of the delivery address, selects an unmanned delivery vehicle, and transmits product delivery information to the unmanned delivery vehicle and the merchandise collection point. The unmanned delivery vehicle autonomously travels to the selected collection point, automatically delivers the ordered item to the delivery address, and autonomously travels to the vehicle waiting area after the settlement and the delivery are made.

Abstract: This application relates to a financial payment method using biometric information. Biometric information of an individual collected in a mobile device of an affiliated member is transmitted to a mobile device of the individual to allow the biometric information to be authenticated in the mobile device of the individual. After the authentication of the biometric information, a substitute key that corresponds to a card password preset by the individual is inputted, and a financial payment is requested based on the payment content.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for providing a framework for facilitating multi-party computation within a sharding environment. After a blockchain is divided into multiple shard chains, a multi-party computation system obtains attributes associated with a first shard chain. The attributes may represent characteristics of the first shard chain, characteristics of transactions recorded in the first shard chain, and characteristics of the computer nodes configured to manage the first shard chain. Based on the attributes, the multi-party computation system determines a multi-party computation scheme that specifies a minimum threshold number of nodes required to participate in a transaction validation process and at least one required node required to participate in the transaction validation process for the first shard chain.

Abstract: The W-CONNECTOR (“W-CONNECTOR”) facilitates the enrollment of payment accounts in a consumer's virtual wallet. The consumer may be logged into their payment account issuer's web site and designate one or more payment accounts for enrollment in a virtual wallet. Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for providing instant authentication of a product and enhanced user experience with the product via blockchain technologies. A product verification system uses blockchain technologies to track the supply chain process of each instance (e.g., each copy) of a product. Upon receiving a request for authenticating an item, a code provided with the item is scanned. A token corresponding to an instance of a product is determined based on the code. The product verification system traverses a blockchain to access data associated with the token. The item is authenticated based on the data. Additional content provided by the supply chain and/or the manufacturer of the instance of the product may be presented on a user device in response to authenticating the item.

Abstract: A method for facilitating payment transactions includes receiving, by a server, a flash code request indicative of a transaction amount. A flash code associated with the transaction amount is communicated by the server to the payer device. The flash code is encoded into a flash pattern at the payer device and communicated to a payee device of a payee for executing a payment transaction between the payer and the payee. A first request for the payment transaction is received by the server from the payee device. The first request includes the flash code obtained by decoding the flash pattern at the payee device. The flash code included in the first request is validated by the server. Based on successful validation of the flash code, the transaction amount is deducted from a payer account of the payer and credited to a payee account of the payee.

The identity information may include age verification information for the purchase or operation of certain tobacco products, such as an electronic nicotine delivery systems (“ENDS”) device, which may include aerosol delivery devices. The tobacco products or devices may have an age verification requirement or other identity requirements needed to authenticate a user and that information must be stored. A decentralized structure for storing the identity information may improve the security of that identity information while also providing a mechanism for accessing the information for verification or authentication purposes.

An e-receipt is generated when a second interaction is detected between the NFC reader and the NFC-enabled payment vehicle.

Abstract: Physical shopping carts can have product detection systems and associate physical shopping carts with mobile computing devices (e.g., smartphones, tablet computing devices, smart watches, wearable computing devices). For example, physical shopping carts can be equipped with one or more product detection systems (e.g., scanners, sensors, cameras) that can electronically tally products that are placed in physical shopping carts. Mobile computing devices can be associated with and mounted on the physical shopping carts to provide a variety of enhanced shopping cart features not possible with conventional physical shopping carts, such as electronically tracking the contents of a shopping cart, checking-out from the mobile computing device (instead of at conventional check-out areas, such as point of sale terminals), and others.

Abstract: Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are exposed by a service provider to point-of-sale (POS) devices of a plurality of merchants. Product catalogs including product specifications are received from merchants via a merchant support application executing on the POS devices. Pricing records are received from the POS devices of the merchants that indicate prices, locations, and time periods for the prices. Sales data including quantity, time, and location of historical sales is obtained. A price recommendation is provided to a merchant based at least in part on correlations between the historical sales data and pricing.

A server may establish an electronic document for defining a transaction. The electronic document may have data fields. Each data field may be from a client terminal. The server may identify encryption keys to encrypt the corresponding data fields included in the electronic document. The server may distribute the encryption keys across the client terminals in accordance with an access control policy. The access control policy may specify access permissions for a client terminal to each of the plurality of data fields based on a role of the client terminal in the transaction. The server may provide, to each client terminal with access to the data fields in the electronic document via the encryption keys distributed in accordance with the access control policy.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media for secure generation of one-time passcodes using a contactless card. In one example, an operating system (OS) of a device may receive a uniform resource locator (URL) and a cryptogram from a contactless card. The OS may launch an application associated with the URL. The application may transmit the cryptogram to an authentication server. The application may receive a decryption result from the authentication server indicating the authentication server decrypted the cryptogram. Based on the decryption result, the application may request an OTP. The processor may receive an OTP from an OTP generator. The application may receive an input value and compare the input value to a copy of the OTP. The application may determine that the comparison results in a match, and display, based on the determination that the comparison results in the match, one or more attributes of the account.

The information wallet system or a separate authentication system in communication with the information wallet system may facilitate verification and/or authentication of the parties.
