Abstract: The systems and methods herein provide a user-friendly, automated and transparent, contract drafting and negotiation tool. Through the contract drafting and negotiation tool two parties can negotiate agreement using template agreements including one or more sections in which each user is able to select one of a plurality of input options that affect the terms of the contract. In each instance, each party can see the option selected by the other party, as well as the options not selected by the other party. The systems and methods facilitate efficient and transparent contract negotiation and drafting.

Abstract: A method, medium, and apparatus for allowing evaluation of property, such as damaged property, remotely and efficiently. A mobile computing device may be used to conduct bilateral communication between a client and an agent for evaluating property. The communications may comprise methods and systems for reconnecting using login-free connections, and may further comprise methods and systems for call degradation handling that prioritizes client communication in the event of connection issues.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for performing financial fraud assessment, the method includes receiving financial information associated with customer accounts that have been identified as being associated with suspicious financial activity; establishing communities for the customer accounts; creating a baseline set of features for each of the communities; receiving new financial information associated with customer accounts; updating the communities for the customer accounts based on the new financial information; extracting an updated set of features for each of the communities; and performing fraud assessment by determining whether a change between the updated set of features and the baseline set of features for each of the communities is indicative of an increased risk of fraud.

Abstract: Aspects and examples are disclosed for facilitating transactions with an interactive computing environment provided by a host system. In one example, a processing device receives a data network identifier or other identifier from an interactive computing environment. The data network identifier or other identifier can be associated with a mobile device conducting a transaction with the interactive computing environment. The processing device can also obtain a credential associated with the mobile device using the data network identifier. The processing device can additionally retrieve identification information from a credit file associated with the credential. The identification information can be useable for completing the transaction. The processing device can further transmit the identification information to a host server system executing the interactive computing environment.

The method performed by an aggregator server includes receiving a standing instruction (SI) request including a plurality of unique data fields from an acquirer server. The unique data fields represent setting up of a recurring payment transaction from a payment instrument of a user to a merchant account of the merchant. The method includes generating and storing a unique identifier corresponding to the SI request. The method includes transmitting the SI request along with the unique identifier to an issuer server associated with the payment instrument to authorize the SI request for processing the recurring payment. The method further includes receiving an authorization response message in response to successful authorization of SI request by issuer server.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes devices and methods monitoring a technology environment. In particular, a computing device including a processor with computer readable instructions to access a plurality of indicators (e.g., variables) that have corresponding stored historical information. The indicators are then used to calculate a summed weights table of relative risk for each time period in the past. The summed weights table is then correlated to a target variable (e.g., a variable that documents major issues, incidents, or disruptions that occurred in the technology environment in the past). The correlation coefficient between the summed weights table and the target variable is then used to implement a machine learning algorithm in order to better determine current risk levels (e.g., relative values that predict issues, incidents, or disruption).

The program further uses a second machine learning model to predict a set of digits based on the image. Based on the set of historical transaction data, the string, and the set of digits, the program also determines a data value for a field in a form.

Abstract: A method for identification of malicious internet content and campaigns is provided. The method extracts a cryptocurrency indicator within a compromised data set and inserts the cryptocurrency indicator into a threat intelligence database. The method identifies a set of cryptocurrency transactions associated with the cryptocurrency indicator. From the cryptocurrency indicator and the set of cryptocurrency transactions, the method generates a transaction graph with a set of features representing the set of cryptocurrency transactions. The method modifies the threat intelligence database with at least a portion of the transaction graph.

In particular, systems and methods are described that allow a massive database of daily activity logs to be monitored to identify trigger events that have occurred within the past twenty-four hours or other very recent time period. Embodiments are described that may be advantageously used by a provider of credit-related products and/or services who wishes to accurately target prospective customers, identified by the system, based on occurrence of a trigger event, as being in a decision-making phase of credit shopping, for purposes of making a timely and targeted offering relevant to the customers' current activities.

Abstract: An audio matching technique generates audio fingerprints from a captured audio signal. Coarse and Fine fingerprints are generated from the captured audio. The coarse fingerprint is used to match with a set of coarse fingerprints stored in a database to identify a subset of possibly matching database entries. The fine fingerprint is then used to perform a detailed comparison with fine fingerprints associated with the subset of possibly matching database entries in order to find a match for the captured audio signal.

Abstract: Systems and methods related facilitating default sharing between frequently used line of business products according to one or more example embodiments are shown. Such systems and methods make use of sharing of information between the line of business products. In some embodiments, this sharing of the data between line of business products facilitates a universal portal that may be personalized and/or customized in function and appearance. In some embodiments, the universal portal is an application on a user device that, at least, provides access to other applications running on the user device in a consolidated manner as well as additional functions present in the universal portal itself. In some embodiments, visual aspects of the presentation of applications and functionality are changed in the universal portal based on information that has been shared between different line of business products.

Abstract: An enhanced system and method for handling, matching and executing a diverse group of limit-priced orders in an electronic options environment is disclosed. Most of the order types disclosed are automatically repriced and reposted as the NBBO changes to increase their execution opportunities. Market maker entitlements are integrated with the order processing, so that the market maker is guaranteed an allocation of the trade if the market maker is at the NBBO when an order priced at or better than the NBBO is received. Once posted to the order book, the displayed price of an order may be eligible for preferential execution in a market maker entitlement process, regardless of whether the displayed price is original or has been automatically repriced.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system that facilitates electronic communication among users. During operation, the system obtains financial data as a set of financial transactions. Upon receiving a request to transmit a message, the system obtains one or more recipient attributes from the request. Next, the system uses the financial transactions to identify a set of recipients that matches the one or more recipient attributes. The system then transmits the message to the set of recipients without revealing the PII for the set of recipients to a creator of the message.

Abstract: Automated property value calculation is provided. The method comprises receiving historic transaction data for a group of real estate properties over a specified time and receiving characteristic data regarding the properties for a number of defined categories. Historic data is also received for a number of demographic parameters over the specified time. The demographic data corresponds to regions in which the properties are located. A predictive valuation model is built with the financial transaction data, characteristic data, and demographic data. Individual values are calculated with the predictive valuation model for a new group of real estate properties according to their characteristics. The individual values are then aggregated. Financial transaction data is received for the new group of properties, and a net asset value of the new group of properties is calculated according to the aggregated valuations and financial transaction data.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments are a computing system and a computer-implemented method related to predicting travel time by using adjacent travel time. The prediction may be based on correcting the nominal predictive travel time estimation using a relation between the predictive travel time estimation and the nominal predictive travel time estimation of a nearby commuting instance in a similar direction. This allows a reduced number of queries to the geographic information system, which may save time, costs and conserve communication resources.

A set of driver response data is created from based on an analysis of time-series data indicative of the driver's operation of the vehicle in conjunction with time-series data indicative of changes in the vehicle's context/environment. The driver response data indicates the types and magnitudes of the driver's responses to various changes in the vehicle's operating context/environment and the driver's time-to-respond for each of the responses. That is, the driver response data indicates how a driver compensated his or her behavior (if at all) in response to different changes in the vehicle's context and/or environment. The driver response data may be compared to one or more thresholds to determine the driver's performance.

Abstract: A protocol-based system and method for establishing a multi-party contract are disclosed. In a method conducted at a computing device associated with an entity, a set of contract data elements relating to a contract to be established is received from either one of another entity or a deal negotiation component associated with the entity. The contract data elements are validated using an associated contract schema and a schema-based validation algorithm. If the contract data elements are valid, the contract data elements are transmitted to the other of the deal negotiation component or another entity. Transmitting the contract data elements to another entity includes generating a digital signature associated with the contract data elements by digitally signing the contract data elements or a representation thereof and transmitting the digital signature and either of the contract data elements or the representation thereof to the other entity.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system for performing negotiation task using reinforcement learning agents. Performing negotiation on a task is a complex decision making process and to arrive at consensus on contents of a negotiation task is often expensive and time consuming due to the negotiation terms and the negotiation parties involved. The proposed technique trains reinforcement learning agents such as negotiating agent and an opposition agent. These agents are capable of performing the negotiation task on a plurality of clauses to agree on common terms between the agents involved. The system provides modelling of a selector agent on a plurality of behavioral models of a negotiating agent and the opposition agent to negotiate against each other and provides a reward signal based on the performance. This selector agent emulate human behavior provides scalability on selecting an optimal contract proposal during the performance of the negotiation task.

Abstract: Technology is disclosed for a convenient money transfer without requiring any account login and/or creation activities. The disclosed technology enables a sender to transfer a specified amount of currency to one or more recipients through a payment application while executing an instant message application. The payment application can act as a background process associated with or incorporated in the instant message application, so as to provide the user with a “seamless” user experience. In response to detection of a specified identifier, the technology can provide a user interface to collect a numerical value corresponding to the specified amount of currency, access a list of contacts in a database of the sender's mobile device, and provide the list of contacts to the sender. Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for implementing a machine learning approach to modeling entity behavior. Fixed information and periodically updated information may be utilized to predict the behavior of an entity. By incorporating periodically updated information, the system is able to maintain an up-to-date prediction of each entity's behavior, while also accounting for entity action with respect to ongoing obligations. The system may generate behavior scores for the set of entities. In some embodiments, the behavior scores that are generated may indicate the transactional risk associated with each entity. Using the behavior scores generated, a user may be able to assess the credit riskiness of individual entities and instruct one or more individuals assigned to the entities to take one or more actions based on the credit riskiness of the individual entities.

The selector input device can be a rotary wheel. To select the function setting from the plurality of settings, the user can rotate the rotary wheel to a function setting and press the rotary wheel. Abstract: A method includes receiving a payment request that indicates a card identifier corresponding to a payment instrument to be used for payment. The method further includes determining that the card identifiers fails to satisfy at least one card activity criteria. Additionally, method includes subsequent to determining that no failed authorization attempts were performed for the card identifier within a previous time period, retrieving, from a database, a decline probability score associated with the card identifier. The method also includes based on the decline probability score, determining whether to transmit an authorization request for the card identifier prior to processing the payment request.

Abstract: A connected device at a client network implements a local data classification service for classifying data based on a data classification service of a remote provider network. The local data classification service receives a request to classify data at one or more data sources of the client network. The request is initiated from a client device of the client network according to a management interface for a data classification service of a remote provider network (e.g., using the same API request used by the remote classification service). The local data classification service obtains at least some of the data from the one or more data sources of the client network. The local data classification service classifies the obtained data according to different types of sensitivity using the data classification engine in the execution environment without the data being exposed outside of a data isolation boundary of the client network.
