    Abstract: A flying toy of the boomerang type having at least three airfoils, or wings, equiangularly spaced about a central vertical axis and extending horizontally outward from a center portion. Each wing carries at its outer end an annular-shaped wing stabilizer having a circular, horizontally-disposed, outer edge whose diameter is approximately twice the horizontal width of the wing at the juncture of the wing and the wing stabilizer, and having a circular inner edge which is disposed in the same horizontal plane as the outer edge, and which defines a center opening through the stabilizer. The stabilizer has a convex top annular surface and a concave bottom annular surface extending between the inner and outer peripheries. During flight, the stabilizers serve simultaneously as airfoils, wing stabilizers, and a gyroscope for the flying toy.

The governor includes an adaptation device disposed in the force transmitting path between a control member which adjusts in accordance with rpm and a force transmitting member subject to the force of the governor spring, which adaptation device includes in a recessed longitudinal bore, a stop bolt and an adaptation spring supported at one end by a ring screwed onto a threaded portion of the stop bolt, the ring being guided for axial displacement and provided with rotational securing means in the longitudinal bore so that by rotating the stop bolt a variation of the initial stressing of the adaptation spring in a continuously variable manner is possible without affecting the preset spring stroke (b).

With an identical flow quantity but different temperatures in the medium, a correct measurement indication is obtained by making the excess temperature of the hot wire dependent on the temperature of the medium to be measured.

The assembly substantially comprises a closing pressure chamber disposed in the region of the valve needle end remote from the valve seat, which chamber communicates via an overflow channel with an auxiliary pump chamber of an auxiliary pump piston which is driven together with the pump piston. At the termination of fuel delivery, fuel under increased pressure is conducted from the auxiliary pump chamber into the closing pressure chamber, from when this pressure is exerted, at least indirectly, upon the valve needle to cause an accelerated valve needle closing.

The shut-off curve can be selected to be steeper or flatter over the entire range or a partial range. However, without requiring additional means, the full-load injection quantity can also be influenced in accordance with the rpm. To this end, rapidly rotating parts with necessarily resulting high wear are not required.

    Abstract: A fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine generates valve-actuating pulses for actuating electromagnetic fuel injection valves. The length, or duration, of these valve actuating pulses is a function of various engine conditions and they are generated by a pulse-length multiplying circuit from preliminary control pulses derived from two basic engine variables, e.g. engine speed and air flow rate. In order to compensate for the decreasing pressure drop across the injection valve orifice at high engine load due to increasing manifold pressure, the invention describes methods for lengthening the fuel valve-actuating pulses by engaging the pulse-length multiplying circuit, in order to change the charging or discharging times of the timing capacitor therein. Another method proposed is to engage the battery-voltage compensation circuit in the system to lengthen the valve-actuating pulses. Electronic circuitry to perform these corrections is also described.

Preferably, the signals are processed in a digital fashion, and the load signal is corrected after having been digitized.
