Abstract: A compact, portable self-pedicure unit for use in performing self-pedicures. The self-pedicure unit includes an adjustable foot support and at least one product storage compartment. The adjustable foot support provides for positioning of the foot at an angle optimal for comfort, support, and pedicure results. The product storage compartment(s) provide the user of the self-pedicure unit with easy access to and retrieval of pedicure related supplies during performance of a self-pedicure. The product storage compartment(s) further provide for storage of pedicure related products when the unit is not in use.

Abstract: Multiple plastic trays are covered with pivotable lids. Each tray is divided into distinct compartments into which infant and toddler toothbrushes, teething rings, pacifiers, or other such personal hygiene products may be placed. The lid is punctured by an array of air holes, which allow moisture to escape from the covered tray, while at the same time protecting the tray contents from contamination. The covered trays are received within an open front rack in a vertically spaced arrangement. Air cavities defined between stacked trays permit natural air flow over the trays, and the removal of moisture from the tray contents. A fan may be attached to the rear of the rack to blow air over the lids and to draw the moist air from within the compartments through the lid air holes.

Abstract: A case for packaging a substance, such as a semiliquid substance, for example a makeup product and/or a care product. The case comprises a body suitable for receiving the substance and a lid suitable for pressing against the substance in the case body to enclose the substance in a leak-proof manner. The lid and the body have internal profiles configured such that, at least prior to first use, and after the substance has flowed under the effect of its own weight while the lid is not present on the body, installing the lid on the case body reduces the maximum thickness of the substance.

Abstract: An oral hygiene maintenance system for allowing a user to brush their teeth without needing water. The oral hygiene maintenance system includes a housing that has a plurality of walls for defining an interior space. The interior space has an upper opening that permits selective access to the interior space of the housing. A cover member is removably couplable to the housing such that the cover is for closing the upper opening of the interior space of the housing. A plurality of oral hygiene devices is removably insertable into the interior space of the housing. Each of the oral hygiene devices is adapted for aiding a user to maintain oral hygiene.

Abstract: An absorbent interlabial device worn by female wearers for catamenial purposes, incontinence protection, or both, is disclosed. The absorbent interlabial device of the present invention includes a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, and an absorbent core positioned between the two. The length of the device is between about 60 mm and about 130 mm. The width is between about 25 mm and about 50 mm. The device has an axis of preferred bending along its longitudinal centerline. When folded along the axis and inserted into the wearer's interlabial space, the topsheet maintains contact with the walls of the wearer's labia. A method of using a system of feminine hygiene products is also disclosed. The system includes the use of an absorbent interlabial device in combination with a sanitary napkin. The absorbent interlabial device of the present invention may also be used in combination with an absorbent tampon.

Abstract: An improved nail polish remover bottle having a disposable nail polish remover applicator cap to remove the old nail polish is provided and consists of a body member designed as a dolphin. A cover cap to protect and seal the open end of the nail polish remover bottle and a nail polish remover applicator represent the snout which can be inserted to the body member. The dorsal fin represents a cuticle pusher with a sharp lined edge to push back the cuticles. The pectoral fins comprise a nail file to shape the nail edges and a buffer to smooth the nails. Two caudal fins, one featuring a finger nail cutter and the other a toe nail cutter can be optionally inserted to the tail of the dolphin. In conjunction with the invention a kit is arranged to accommodate all the above in addition to nail polish nail containers.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for removing dust produced by the treating of human or animal nails. An air current produced by a fan is directed through an adjustable conduit towards the nails being treated. A funnel attached to a second adjustable conduit leading to a filter is positioned beyond the nails so that dust particles are entrained by the air current and carried into the funnel and to the filter. The fan is of sufficient power to cause very fine dust particles to be removed.

Abstract: A cabinet storage unit for maintaining electrical clippers and other tools used in the cutting and styling of hair is provided. The cabinet interior defines an air plenum which directs a stream of air across the front face of the cabinet. The cabinet front face defines a plurality of hangers which hold a variety of electric clippers and other hair styling accessories. The cabinet provides a power source and a retractable electric cord to facilitate the use of the clippers along a variable length of an electrical cord. A disinfectant is provided to the air stream and is used to disinfect the tools when the tools are in a storage position. The cabinet is optionally mounted on a wheeled cart to facilitate placement of the cart to and from adjacent barber work stations.

An overall value chart contains information defining an overall value based on a predetermined multiple number of specific values of features. A seasonal color designation chart contains information defining a seasonal color designation as either summer, winter, spring, or autumn based on the relative ability of predetermined colors to blend with natural skin tone. The take-up reel is periodically advanced by a crank in one embodiment to expose a cosmetic sample through the housing aperture. A user places her finger through the aperture to transfer the cosmetic from the strip to her finger and then moves the tape from the supply reel to the next position feeding the used material to the take-up reel within the housing. In a second embodiment, a window over the housing aperture is coupled to a gear arrangement to automatically index the used tape when a spring backed window is closed.

A user places his or her foot on either the mat or the flexible bag, scrapes or brushes the foot, and dusts the medicated powder onto the foot. Abstract: There is described a Dental Floss Dispenser located in a unique holder capable of acting as a cap for a conventional tube of tooth paste. The cap contains an internal cylindrical member preferably having threads capable of mating with the threads on a tube of tooth paste. The lower end of the internal cylindrical wall has a shoulder and a disc is slipped over the internal wall and over the shoulder in order to hold the disc in a rotatable relationship. Conventional dental floss is located on the disc and is caused to exit through a small hole in the face portion of the cap. The user of the tube of tooth paste thus has a new cap capable of holding a supply of dental floss. The dispenser not only acts as a cap for a tube of tooth paste but also is capable of being inserted in the bottom end of a conventional pump type tooth paste dispenser thereby allowing the user to have a supply of dental floss contained as part of the pump type tooth paste dispenser.
