Abstract: A cleaning device includes an outer container having an open upper edge and a closed bottom and side wall together with a nesting strainer shaped and sized to be received within the outer container. A plurality of apertures are formed in the lower portion of the side wall and bottom surface of the strainer to drain liquids therefrom. A lid shaped and configured to be received upon the upper edge of the container and strainer provides closure of the cleaning device. A pair of handles are independently secured to the strainer and outer container for convenient carrying.

Abstract: A protective flashlight case includes left and right pieces with front and rear ends. The rear ends of the two case pieces are formed in a closed loop shape so as to enclose a key ring clip of a flashlight. A hollow space defined by the walls of the loop permits the case, with the flashlight enclosed, to be attached to a key chain, article of clothing, or other support. The case protects flashlights from harsh, rugged conditions as well as from water.

Abstract: A packaging system for multiple discrete foodstuffs includes a first container having a first opening, a removable element closing the first opening and a first outer shape and first dimension; a second container having a second opening, a removable element closing the second opening and a second outer shape and second dimension, the first container being stacked atop the second container; and, a binder at least partially encircling and removably securely holding the first and second containers together to form a multi-container combination with a main outer shape and main dimension substantially identical to the first and second outer shapes and dimensions.

Abstract: A system for providing a shipping label and a packing list on a container is provided which enables rapid and automated sequential application of a packing list and a shipping label to the container. The shipping label is configured complemental to the packing list whereby the packing list may first be adhered directly to the container and then the shipping label may be placed thereover. The shipping label may be applied over the packing list while the container moves continuously down a conveyor. The invention further includes an apparatus for sequentially applying the packing list and then the shipping label, and a method for applying the packing list and shipping label in registry.

Abstract: The present invention presents a system for packaging fire suppressing material. An outer membrane is configured to support and release a fire suppression material when impacted by a ballistic or incendiary round. An inner membrane is configured to support and release the fire suppression material when impacted by a ballistic or incendiary round, and the inner membrane and the outer membrane is connected to form at least one cell holding the fire suppression material. In accordance with other aspects of the invention, the inner and outer membranes suitably form a bubble pack filled with a fire suppression powder. Further, the inner and outer membranes may be combined with a lightweight honeycomb panel to form a lightweight and simple system to support fuel tanks.

Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a marinating tray 12 with a plurality of vertically extending spikes 14 that allow for the placement of a meat product 16 or the like thereon to provide for an area where perforation and separation of cellular bonds may be accomplished. The present invention 10 has a plurality of spaced apart vertically extending spikes 14 and side walls 18 surrounding the periphery of the bottom tray 20 to allow for the containment of a marinade or seasoning therein and about the vertically extending spikes to produce an improved and penetrating marinating process. The present invention 10 also has a concave area 18 therein. In an alternate embodiment, the present invention 10 may take the shape of a chicken leg.

Abstract: A tray and method for packaging muffin pans and liners. The tray surrounds the outer bottom and side surfaces of the packaged muffin pans and muffin liners, protecting the same from damage. The tray includes an engagement portion with a lower surface and a lip, whereby rims defined by the packaged muffin pans are securely held therebetween. An integral hang tab extends outwardly from the packaging tray to enable the tray with packaged muffin pans and liners to be hung from a display rack. The muffin pans are snap-locked into the tray by pressing the rims against the lip, which flexes allowing the muffin pans to pass by and then snaps back to retain the muffin pans and muffin liners within the tray.

Abstract: Carrying bucket that can be converted to a support stand for an umbrella. A 5 and ½ gallon bucket having a rotatable handle can be used to carry supplies such as towels, food and beverages from one remote location such as an automobile parking lot to a beach location. At the beach location, the bucket is placed on a ground surface where an umbrella stand can be attached to the bucket so that the bucket functions as an above ground ballast anchor to support the umbrella in an upright position.

The infant accessory system and method of making the same includes a base layer, an intermediate layer, and a top layer. The base layer includes a plurality of diapers rolled to form a cylindrical base. The base layer includes a first diameter. The intermediate layer includes a second diameter less than the first diameter. The intermediate layer includes a second plurality of diapers rolled to form a cylindrical intermediate stage. The intermediate layer is positioned on top of the base layer. The top layer includes a third diameter less than the second diameter. The top layer includes a third plurality of diapers rolled to form a cylindrical top layer. The top layer is positioned on top of the intermediate layer.

Abstract: A kit for housing an improved design for crayons includes a container with two chambers. One of the chambers is provided with a blade and a rotatable member for assisting a user to position the crayons against the blade for sharpening purposes. Also included are crayons positionable into another chamber for storage. Such crayons have a plurality of integral faces equidistantly spaced apart from a centrally disposed longitudinal axis thereof respectively. The crayon faces define a plurality of angles therebetween with each of the angles equaling approximately 60 degrees, resulting in substantially triangular cross-sections defining an isometric shape.

The foam structure can be made of two nested parts, which can be made of differing materials. A structural unit that can be used as building material can be made from packing material. A foam structure that can be used to pack a product in a package is interlocked with another foam structure, wood or concrete to form the unit of building material. The structural units can be used in construction products or in flotation products. The structural units can be used as part of a wall form and can be attached to the wall or to the other side of the wall form with connectors. The structural units can have conduits. The conduits can pass electrical conductors, air, fluids, ducts or pipes.

Abstract: A container apparatus for simultaneously housing a product and a premium, the apparatus comprising a carton and a premium item. The carton includes a front panel, a back panel and two opposing side panels defining an interior region, and a top closure and a bottom closure for enclosing a product within the carton. A recessing flap is formed in an originating panel selected from at least one of the front panel, back panel and two opposing side panels to form a recessed cell in the carton which is at least partially separated from the interior region of the carton. The recessed cell spans the originating panel and at least one adjacent access panel in the container which is positioned adjacent to the originating panel—to allow access to the recessed cell from outside the carton through at least two adjacent sides of the carton. The premium item is received in the recessed cell such that the premium item is likewise accessible from at least two sides of the carton.

Abstract: A disposable fixture for supporting a beverage container and for supporting a food plate having a central hole approximately three inches in diameter, suitable for holding with one hand. In the preferred embodiment the fixture is made entirely of corrugated fiberboard (aka corrugated cardboard) and, except for two rubber bands, requires no fasteners (e.g., glue, tape, or staples). The fixture can support several kinds of beverage containers without needing modifications or additional parts. All unassembled parts can be laid flat so as to take up minimal storage space. The fixture weighs approximately two ounces.

Also, a side panel slot is formed in each of the side panels at a location opposite the bottom panel. As formed, the front panel, back panel opposed side panels and plurality of corner panels are hingedly attached to said bottom panel via unperforated score lines.

The chamber includes means for maintaining the disc-shaped media in a stable state within the chamber, such that the disc-shaped media is allowed to rotate, while limiting the linear movement of the disc-shaped media both perpendicular to and parallel to the plane of the media. The disc-shaped media may be sealed within the inner chamber by means of either a circular protective element or by means of a complementary cap or lid adapted to engage the first member. Abstract: A plate cassette for a platesetter comprises a tray that receives and stores stacks of plates. Side frame members are located on opposed sides of the tray. These side frame members have tracks that engage with wheels of another plate cassette and wheels that engage with tracks of still another plate cassette. In this way, cassettes may be stacked and stored, one on top of each other. The wheel engagement strategy, between cassettes, however, allows individual cassettes to be rolled out, enabling access to the plate stack in the selected cassette's tray. A suction leak groove is formed in a surface of the tray. This provides for a suction leakage path for a picker, when the picker must grab typically the last plate in the stack and the plate is not full-sized. The suction grabbers that do not directly grab the plate do not adhere to the tray, allowing the picker to separate the plate from the tray. A slip sheet removal groove is also provided.

In the preferred embodiment, a rectangular sheet with two opposed ends secured together forms the packaging. The second hole, adapted to receive a handle of a pan, is provided adjacent the secured opposed ends.
