The vessel may function as a bottle holder, a cup holder, or a cup.

The lock housing may include a security element that is detectable by a security system to guard against theft of the container. Abstract: The invention provides rupturing devices for mitigating the explosive reaction of a casing (121), hollow tubular body or container, particularly a munition, when it is subject to an external thermal hazard threat. The devices are based on the use of shape memory alloys. The device comprises an element of shape memory alloy (123) which is joined together by a connector (122) to form an annulus, which may be located on an exterior surface of a munitions casing (121) or launch such that upon heating through its transition temperature range will cause the annulus to contract radially inwardly, thereby rupturing the munition (121), allowing any build up of pressure to be released quickly. Advantageously, the connector (122) is. reversible such that the device will be capable of being retro-fitted or removed during normal servicing of the munition (121).

Abstract: The invention is a beverage cup tote to be carried on the forearm or with the hand. The construct has an enlarged first end attached with bridge section to an enlarged second end. There is a first hole in the first enlarged end, and a second hole in a second enlarged end. The holes may be rectangular or round to receive typical food containers or beverage cups. The bridge section has either symmetrical or asymmetrical quarter circle trimmings. A pair of constructs maybe affixed with each other with a pin clip, glue, or staples to produce a generally X shaped combination construct. The beverage cup totes may be manufactured as a combination construct by the manufacturer to produce a strengthened unit, or manufactured as a generally X shaped combination construct unit with cup openings on each branch. The process of using the invention is described.

Abstract: The elevated storage device protects food items from external elements during their storage and transport. The elevated storage device may comprise a base, one or more wheels, and a protective cover. The wheels allow the elevated storage device to be easily moved. In one embodiment, a hitch is attached to the base to allow the elevated storage device to be moved by a vehicle, person, or animal. The protective cover may comprise one or more layers of material, such as wire mesh or fabric, which form a compartment to protect food items from external elements, and may be supported by a skeleton. The protective cover may have one or more openings to allow food items to be placed therein and removed therefrom. In one embodiment, the protective cover is triangular in shape to better protect food items from weather such as rain and snow.

For example, the box may be manipulated to form an expanded box with a longer height, depth, and/or width than the un-expanded box. In some embodiments, one or more sides of the box may be unfolded and/or one or more internal boxes may be unfolded or pulled out of the un-expanded box to form the expanded box. The expanded box may be used to store documents, back-up software copies, instructions, etc. The expanded box may have a height and width approximately the same as a file folder and may be stored in a filing cabinet. Such software boxes may include boxes for tax software, real estate software, résumés, etc.

Abstract: A combination food or beverage tray and catching mitt for stadium concessions is provided. When present in an unfolded position, the combination is in the form of a food or beverage tray which is suitable for supporting various food and beverage items. When present in a folded position, the combination is in the form of a catching mitt which is suitable for catching a projectile object such as a baseball or the like. In the inventive method, a user grips the combination via a gripping arrangement, and folds the combination along a fold line to convert it from a tray into a catching mitt. The combination may then be used to catch a ball by retaining it between opposing panels of the structure. The inventive combinations are lightweight and economical, and may additionally be imprinted with team logos or messages to serve as marketing materials or souvenirs.

To provide a compact package, the combination comprises at least one retention element (204; 206; 246; 604; 704; 804; 904; 1004) retaining the incontinence product in the collapsed state when the package is closed. A method for manufacturing the combination may include forming the package as one single piece by injection moulding.

Abstract: A plant product includes a plant item and an envelope attached directly to the plant item wherein a flat object, such as a flattened vase, an instruction card, a storybook, a seed packet or a greeting card, is disposed in the envelope's interior. The plant item may be wrapped in a wrapper to which the envelope is secured, such as by an adhesive. Also disclosed is a structure for an exemplary envelope and flattened vase combination. A method utilizing these articles is also described. Where a flattened vase is used, it is of a type that can be selectively configured to an expanded state to receive the plant item.

It allocates a large capacity of waste storage (5 up to 10 m3). It comprises a main pivotal member (13) that includes at least one chamber of waste compaction (18) at the interior thereof. The pivotal member (13) is constituted by a fixed member (14) and a moving member (15). It is constituted by a central supporting basement (11) of pivotal member (13), a chamber (17) of waste disposal, as well as at least one system of waste lifting and controlled compaction (20). The collecting is realised automatically with the waste collection vehicles already available.

The cap, upon being removed, also opens a passage allowing the tubes to be used as a straw.

A marker strap is fixed to the shell, such that the marker strap may protrude from the ground surface to mark the location of the buried container. The lamp is turned off when the angle is less than 45 degrees or greater than 135 degrees to prevent battery drain when the holder is left open or cannot completely close. Optimized lamp positioning places a centerline of a cone of illumination at a maximum of thirty degrees from the front cover to enable use of a low wattage lamp. The resultant low battery drain enables the components to be permanently enclosed in a document holder cover that has the appearance, dimensions and thickness of standard document holders. Advantages of components enclosed within a cover are reliability, ease of cleaning, market entry and low cost manufacture.

Backpack straps on the back allow the apparatus to be worn as a backpack.
