Abstract: A pill dispensing watch with a wrist watch assembly that includes a housing that encloses a time keeping apparatus as well as a plurality of pill storage drawers and microprocessor controlled electro mechanical drawer extending assemblies that allow the user to set the time for a pill taking event and for the pill retaining drawers to each open at the time the pill needs to be taken. A micro USB port built into the watch housing lets the user plug the on board microprocessor into a standard computer so that the user can program the times that the drawers need to open and an audio alarm needs to sound. In one embodiment the watch housing includes two of the drawers extending from the left side of the watch housing and two drawers extending from the right side of the watch housing.

A collapsible beverage holder fits within the at least one opening defined within the surface of the plate and moves between a collapsed configuration responsive to the apparatus being placed on a surface and an un-collapsed configuration responsive to the apparatus being lifted off the surface by the plate. A plurality of flexible latching tabs secures the collapsible beverage holder to an edge of the at least one opening. The plurality of flexible latching tabs further comprises at least one locking member for engaging the edge of the at least one opening to removeably secure the collapsible beverage holder to the plate. A flexible member interconnects the at least one locking member to the collapsible beverage holder.

Abstract: A drying system embodying a method and glove dryer mountable to an outlet of an already-running furnace when in use so as to safely and efficiently dry out articles, and that dissembles into stackable elements when stored is provided. The glove dryer may include a base providing a plurality of detachable nozzles. The base may form a volumetric enclosure for both safely mounting the outlet of an already-running furnace as well as for storage purposes. The plurality of detachable nozzles may be stacked in a nest configuration when removed from the base for storing in the volumetric enclosure. When in use, the plurality of detachable nozzles each provide a plurality of holes through which heated air from the outlet reaches to tops of articles of clothing slidably received thereon.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention use light to add human-like features to an inanimate object. In one embodiment, the object includes a film with an image that has been manipulated to provide for a low profile projection of an image onto a vertical surface directly adjacent to the object. For example, the image of a witch's head could be projected onto a wall and directly beneath, a witch's hat could be hanging on the wall. In another embodiment, changing lights and shadows are used to create animated objects out of otherwise inanimate objects. Various embodiments include components to create the illusion of changing facial expressions. These components include a plurality of light sources and an electronic device that controls the light sources to create the animation.

The peripheral side includes at least one snap fastener on an upper end thereof and at least one engagement portion on a lower end thereof. The lower end of the engagement plate can be pressed to move the hook away from the peripheral side of the toolbox. The hook of the at least one snap fastener of the toolbox can engage with at least one engagement portion of another similarly constructed toolbox stacked above the toolbox. The at least one engagement portion of the toolbox can engage with a hook of at least one snap fastener of another similarly constructed toolbox stacked below the toolbox.

Abstract: A novel food serving and storage set including cover formed to be similar to and of realistic size, shape and color for the food in which it is covering, an accompanying complimentary receiving unit that has a vertical raised lip around its edge for the cover to fit exactly on top. The receiving unit has a flat peripheral area surrounding a depression in its center on which food may rest directly or indirectly. The food can rest on a separate removable disc which fits on top of the receiving unit in order to separate any elements in the receiving unit's depression (e.g. a cooling or warming element) from the food. Attached to the lower outer and upper inner rims of the cover and receiving unit respectively is a non-slip lining that creates an airtight seal allowing this system to store food for an extended time.

The funnel is moveably attached to a scoop handle, and may be moved between a first position over the scoop, and a second position withdrawn from the scoop. In one embodiment the funnel is hingedly attached to the scoop handle and rotates 180 degrees to latch opposite to the scoop, and may contain projections on each side of a funnel handle allowing single had use. In another embodiment the funnel slides along the handle away from the scoop.

Abstract: A tamper-evident package includes a flexible web having first and second opposed surfaces, and a tamper-evident layer on at least the first surface. The tamper-evident layer defines a blank space on the web, and includes a first pattern of protected areas and a second pattern of tamper-evident areas. A first semi-rigid outer layer is attached to the first tamper-evident layer so as to adhere only to the tamper-evident areas on the tamper-evident layer, the first semi-rigid outer layer including a transparent portion aligned with the blank space. A second semi-rigid outer layer is attached to the second surface of the web. The blank space may be removed to form a hole in the web, and the second outer layer may include a transparent portion aligned with the hole. A second tamper-evident layer may optionally be provided on the second surface of the web.

Abstract: An apparatus for creating floral arrangements by having a structure where the structure has specific locations such as openings in the structure with an insert having indicia including numbers on the insert with a respective number aligned with and visible through an aligned opening in the structure and the number corresponding with a flower and stem cut from a living plant so that the stem of the flower is inserted with the corresponding number visible through an opening in the structure so that different flowers and other floral items taken from living plants can be placed in the structure to provide a decorative floral arrangement.

Abstract: Caps, containers embodying such caps, and methods of enhancing cap safety. Air flow passages through the cap enable one, who accidentally swallowed the cap, to breathe/pass air through the cap. Some air passages extend top to bottom. Openings in the outer side wall, and an air flow path across the cap, allow air to enter the cap on a first side, flow transversely through the cap, and exit an opposing side. The top-to-bottom air flow passages, and the air flow path across the cap, including the openings in the outer wall of the cap, collectively support air flow through the cap, thus through the person's airway, if/when the cap becomes accidentally lodged in a person's airway. The openings can be used to engage and extract an accidentally swallowed cap. Elements of an optional tamper evident ring remain attached to the cap after the cap is removed from the container.

A compact ultraviolet LED assembly is mounted at a mounting angle in the insert in a cavity of the top portion. The LED assembly has: an LED circuit; a 3 watt 365 nm ultraviolet LED diode disposed on the LED circuit; and an optical collimator having a parabolic lens to focus the emitted LED radiation to a less than 15° spread. A compact battery for powering the LED assembly is provided in a recess of the bottom portion. A central holder/deck holds the gemstone in a direct path of the emitted collimated LED radiation of the LED assembly. In operation, the gemstone seated in the central holder/deck emits a corona of strong visible fluorescence while the ultraviolet radiation and the LED assembly are not seen.

Abstract: A liquid storage, isolation and dispensing assembly includes a container, a float and a top. The container includes a sidewall having an inner surface, a lower part, and an upper part. At least a portion of the inner surface of the lower part has a constant cross-sectional shape and size. The upper part includes an inwardly extending ledge with a cutout formed therethrough. The float has a sealing edge generally conforming to the size and shape of the inner surface portion. The sealing edge and the cutout are configured to permit the float to be passed into the lower part of the container with a portion of the sealing edge passing through the cutout. The top is mountable to the upper part and has a lug configured to pass through the cutout in the ledge for mounting the top on the container.

Abstract: A vial holder is provided to protect a user's hand from needle sticks. The holder includes a handle and a shield attached to a distal end of the handle. An opening is formed in the distal end of the handle to receive a vial. The vial is placed through the opening and into a passageway of the handle with the upper end of the vial exposed. A user grasps the handle which holds the vial in a stabilized manner. A needle may then safely approach the vial in which inadvertent slippage or movement of the needle results in contact with the needle against the shield and not contact with the user's hand.

The opening of the bag can include a closing member. The pre-attached detachable holding member can be a collar including finger grips and is used to hold the bag in one position while filling it. In some embodiments, the pre-attached detachable filling member can be a funnel for loading the mesh bag with bone graft material. Once the covering is filled, the holding member and filling member can be removed and the covering is closed with a closing member such as a drawstring. A method of treatment utilizing the delivery system is also provided.
