Abstract: Example data processing methods and apparatus are provided. In one example, an electronic terminal obtains target data that includes at least one data item, converts the target data into a data image by using a data visualization technology, and then sets the data image as wallpaper, where the data image includes at least one graphic element, and the graphic element is in a one-to-one correspondence with the data item. The target data is user data, and may include operation event information of operating the electronic terminal by a user, or information that is associated with a user account and that is based on at least one network platform, so as to automatically generate the wallpaper and show the user data to the user by using the wallpaper.

Abstract: A device for collecting personal data from a user includes a processor, a sensing device, a document scanner, and a scene camera. The sensing device is configured to capture a biometric of user. The document scanner is configured to produce a visual representation of an identifying document that includes personally identifying information. The scene camera monitors and captures a video of an uninterrupted area surrounding the kiosk including the user, the sensing device, and the document scanner. The processor transmits the captured video to a remote station that can send a signal back to the device.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to identifying duplicate coding and/or design used in different parts of a user interface (e.g., a web application). In some embodiments, a plurality of visible elements of an interface are detected based on hierarchical user interface code. In some embodiments, a device groups sets of the plurality of visible elements based on determined coordinates and depth levels for the detected elements. In some embodiments, groups that meet a threshold similarity criterion are identified. In some embodiments the threshold similarity criterion is based on classification of detected elements and/or geospatial analysis.

Abstract: A device for collecting personal data from a user includes a processor, a sensing device, a document scanner, and a scene camera. The sensing device is configured to capture a biometric of user. In some implementations, a user input that indicates a selected contact in a messaging group, is received. The messaging group includes a plurality of messages posted by one or more contacts. On a display interface, the messages of the first set is displayed while hiding messages from the plurality of messages that are not included in the first set. Optionally, a second set of messages that includes messages that were not posted by the selected contact, is identified from among the plurality of messages. Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing accessible menus in 3D visualization contexts, such as augmented reality and virtual reality environments. In one aspect, a menu in the shape of a circle segment may be presented within a corner of a 3D visualization, allowing a user to easily access icons present within that menu using a touch interface. The user may rotate the menu in order to access additional icons.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provides methods, computer program products, and a system for determining a probable user selection on a user interface and generating a functional shadow cursor that is displayed on the user interface at a determined location of most probable user selection. Embodiments of the present invention can be used to access a user interface, generate a shadow cursor on the user interface based on a generated transition graph, and disabling the original cursor. In response to receiving user feedback, embodiments of the present invention can remove and disable the shadow cursor and return the original cursor as the sole functioning cursor. In response to receiving user feedback, embodiments of the present invention can shift the generated shadow cursor to a next probable selection.

Abstract: A vehicular interface system for providing application-based access to a plurality of vehicular subsystems is disclosed. The vehicular interface system includes a display for displaying a graphical user interface (GUI). A taskbar is displayed in a first portion of the GUI, the taskbar including a plurality of icons, each of icons representing a corresponding application. A plurality of windows is displayed in a second portion of the GUI. When determining that a user-selected icon is being dragged from an initial location on the taskbar, a semi-transparent overlay, corresponding to the application to be launched, is displayed on a window of the GUI as the selected icon is being dragged within the window. When determining that the selected icon is released within a selected window, the corresponding application is launched in the selected window. In general, the application provides control options or monitoring information relating to a subsystem of a vehicle.

Abstract: Examples described herein include systems for generating a predictive action button within a graphical user interface. The system can launch an action generator that tracks a user's behavior, either directly or through the use of an action profile. User behavior can be tracked in individual applications or across multiple applications and devices. Action modules can implement application events and procedures to track particular events and behavior information for that application. A module engine can analyze correlations between the events and behaviors. Based on this analysis, the predictive action button can be displayed for carrying out the predicted action when the corresponding application event occurs.

A top opening of the virtual pit may align with the ground surface in the camera image. A portion of the virtual representation of the underground asset may be shown inside the virtual pit and below the top opening of the virtual pit such that a distance between the top opening and the portion of the virtual representation of the underground asset inside the virtual pit may provide a visual indication of a depth of the underground asset relative to the ground surface.

The system also includes a medical schedule processor that logs a time associated with when the medical professional enters the examination room and compares this time with scheduling information to predict whether future appointments in the schedule will be delayed. A notification interface, included in the system, is designed to notify an upcoming patient if their scheduled appointment will be substantially delayed. Scheduling information is cryptographically separated from HIPAA information.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a method for performing services on an endpoint machine in a datacenter. On the endpoint machine, the method installs a guest introspection (GI) agent and a service engine. In some embodiments, the GI agent and the service engine are part of one monitor agent that is installed on the endpoint machine. The method then registers with a set of one or more notification services on the endpoint machine, the GI agent to receive notifications regarding new data message flow events on the endpoint machine. Through the notifications, the GI agent captures contextual data items regarding new data message flows, and stores the captured contextual data items. The service engine then performs a service for the data message flow based on the captured contextual data.
